I was admitted for 3 days in Room 1602 straight from Emergency.

They were very quick on their response and tirelessly took care around the clock.

All the nurses and staff and the doctors were extremely professional and cooperative.

The room was extremely clean and I got served 8 course meals with change of laundry and uniform daily.

Unlike other hospitals which are over burdened with people this is a well organised hospital.

The only downside is limited options to eat.

This hospital is absolutely good.. staff is good I was admitted for minor surgery and whole staff took care very good care on 3rd floor. And Dr. B.D. Soni is amazing..and absolutely patient friendly.

I am grateful to the Doctor - Amit chakrabarty who processed my father's surgery successfully and Dr. Rajesh choudhary and Dr. Pushkar Gupta who took care of him every time.
Also the Nursing staff of NICU ward- Jitendra, Bhuman, Alisha, Suresh and JDA Deepak for constant care and support.

Rukmani birla hospital one of the best hospital in jaipur. The opd services are really great and the doctors over there are very friendly. People treat the patients like their own family . Starting from the reception to the coordinators of the doctors everyone is polite specially rekha ma'am she is very polite and helpful. I am very happy after the services . Thankyou RBH🙂

Pros : Good amenities, well maintained and proper hygiene. Hospital staff is highly responsive and supportive as per patient's requirements. I was treated well in manner.

My experience at CK Birla Hospital during my mother's admission on February 5th, 2024, was one filled with a mix of challenges and commendable moments. Occupying room 3401, our journey began with some initial hiccups, particularly regarding the food services. However, what stood out was the promptness with which the hospital staff addressed these issues, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a testament to their commitment to patient satisfaction.

One of the key highlights of our stay was the exemplary service provided by several individuals who went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure our comfort and well-being. Gaurav Modi, from the catering services, deserves special recognition for his dedication to meeting our dietary needs efficiently. Despite the challenges faced initially, Gaurav ensured that every meal was not only timely but also tailored to suit our preferences, making the dining experience pleasant and satisfying.

Moreover, the nursing staff, represented by Pooja and Monika, truly embodied the essence of compassionate care. Their attentiveness to my mother's needs, coupled with their expertise in managing her medical requirements, alleviated much of the stress associated with hospitalization. Their genuine concern for her well-being was evident in every interaction, and their comforting presence provided reassurance during moments of uncertainty.

In addition to the clinical and catering services, the hospital's cleanliness standards were also worth commending, thanks to the diligent efforts of Manoj Sharma, the cleaning supervisor. Manoj's meticulous attention to detail ensured that the environment remained hygienic, contributing to a conducive healing atmosphere. His dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards did not go unnoticed and played a significant role in fostering a sense of well-being for both patients and their families.

Furthermore, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kapil Khandelwal and Dr. Alok Mathur for their exceptional medical expertise and compassionate care throughout my mother's treatment. Their dedication to providing personalized and effective medical care was instrumental in her recovery journey. Their expertise instilled confidence in us, and their willingness to patiently address our concerns and explain the treatment plan ensured that we felt supported every step of the way.

Lastly, Kiran from GDA, deserves appreciation for his consistent support and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was ensuring that our requests were promptly attended to or offering a friendly smile to brighten our day, Kiran's positive attitude and willingness to help made a notable difference in our overall experience at the hospital.

Despite encountering a few hiccups along the way, such as the initial challenges with food services, our stay at CK Birla Hospital was ultimately satisfactory, thanks to the collective efforts of the dedicated staff members mentioned above. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to excellence exemplify the hospital's ethos of patient-centric care. As a family, we are grateful for their invaluable contributions and commend CK Birla Hospital for fostering a culture of service excellence and compassion.

Excellent, modern hospital with a caring and knowledgeable staff. A great option for western travelers in need of care. I unfortunately had to make a visit here due to a particularly rough bout with food poisoning, but the full team from doctors to nurses (especially the amazing Leeja!) to administrative and support staff were extremely accommodating and helped me get over my illness in just 24 hours. I had my own clean private room/bathroom and there’s a dietician to help prep your meal plan.

Special shoutout to Shruti from the customer care team, who noticed me sick and walking into the hospital with no idea of where to go. She was kind enough to immediately help me out and navigate me around to different departments including the ER to get me treated as quickly as possible.

This hospital is also a local favorite as a friend of mine from Jaipur had immediately suggested I come here when I got very ill.

Bonus: the room TVs have an endless supply of Indian soap operas and movies (if you’re into that).

I have been under treatment dr amit gupta amd team who has been very nice behaviorand well experienced and capabable of handling severe deases, when i meet him a doctor i feel energeticand more than 50% quared i wish him all the sucess and go to the extreme heighs
I also appreciated the staff for there work and behaviour. speciall thanks for gda staff bharat and pooja nursing, and housekeeping was good

I brought my father-in-law to this hospital. It was my first visit. Impressed. Exemplary service. Staff was extremely cordial and soft spoken. Doing their job in most efficient manner. He was in ICU neuro and shifted to 1604- Manmohan Suri under Doctor : Dr. Anjani Kumar Sharma. Just to few staff… nursing staff - Alisha (incharge ) , Jitender , and GDA staff and Deepak and Ram niwasi.

I am a regularly coming patient in this hospital and I am very satisfied with the services in this hospital. All staff here is very nice cooperative and dedicated specially dr. Sheel Bhadra jain sir and sh. Gaurishankar sharma (lab. staff) here are giving their services extraordinarily good I am very thankful to them and wish their best for future and hope that they will be always supportive for every patient same as for me.
