Good Staff and Dr Jitender Makkar is really very knowledgeable and polite. Just discharge process is very slow and it taken 4 to 5 hours.
Rooms and room service also very good

During our visit to beautiful Jaipur we had an accident crossing the street that ended in a very bad head concussion that needed hospitalization.
Being a foreigner we were afraid of what would happen. We arrived at ER at Eternal Hospital. The service and attention was spectacular. Nurses, doctors, people from radiology, etc were truly a comfort in a really bad situation.
We were assigned Dr. Yashpal Singh Rathore, neurosurgeon, to handle our case. Our whole stay (7 nights) we felt confident and well cared. As international patients it was an amazing to see that medicine is as advanced and well managed in this hospital and in Jaipur. We are eternally grateful with Dr. Rathore and with each and everyone of the people that helped us in ICU thru this moment of our lives. Thank you with love all the way from Mexico. :)

I have gone for gastroenterology check up of my Son ABHISHEK GUPTA. We had good experience with Dr.Harsh Udawat since beginning till end. EHCC is one of the best hospital in town where an individual got all the medical facilities under same roof .Especially the Mediclaim facility is something where usually patient have to wait for hours to complete there procedure and pendency but here MR. Saurabh Bharadwaj attended me and from day 1 he replied on all my phone calls and even text in seconds and at the time of discharge he helped me a lot to coordinate with Insurance company and I got clearance in an hour which is really amazing and saurabh was on leave because of Sunday but then also he helped me over call and did his work really well
