I never wrote a negative review before but this website and this scam provoked me to the core to write one , i have order flowers cake n plant for my sister for her birthday they promised to deliver it by 12am n on top of that they charged extra for midnight delivery and idk why i trusted them n paid immediately and to my shock they archived my order and i couldn't even find my order id ! This was very disappointing , please never order from them they are purely fake @bloomsvilla

The delivery was supposed to be done late night and extra charges were taken for the same.. however delivery was done during the day (around 11:30 AM). Which not only defeats the purpose but also non trustworthy behavior from the company. They cannot adhere to their commitments even after paying for extra service. Will not recommend to anyone.

Frauds no 1. They r available 24*7 when they come to know a customer is trying to place an order. Then suddenly they act like ghost for rest of their lives. Initially i thought i wont review keeping the possibility of something wrong might have happened etc. but they dnt have courtesy to revert back.pehle toh mera order 2 oct 23 ko midnight ka tha which was accepted by their site with extra charges of rs 250/- ,they shifted it to next day on 3 oct 23 b/w time slot of 9:00am to 12 pm and on top of that they disappeared. Looting hard earned money of people.

My order no is BV23190132!I didn't even received my order. I am calling since hours no body is ready to pick up, there's no email responses, what about the refund?? Very disappointed. I'll complaint to the consumer forum for sure.

The services are very bad.They didn’t delivered my product on time and also no giving my refund if the mistake from Bloomvilla side.It almost 2 months completed but they didn’t given my refund.Also they don’t pick call.I posted lot of emails but last 10 days not responding my emails.I am very fed up with Bloomvilla.

Am fed up early Morning today i order already paid for My order But bo response from team cannot track My order no proper customer care atleast should have proper customer care or response. Waiting for My delivery still did not recieved and i selected slot of Morning delivery guys dont support these kind of websites who just took money But no response.

I have sent many flowers and gifts through online portal but with bloom villa it was my worst experience. They didnot deliver it on time...the flowers were old stinky and dry. The stem were black. Customer care was very rude. They took extra money for delivery and still didnot provide the required service. I would not advise anyone to book from them. I wasted my money time and energy on this pathetic site

I've ordered from here. They have very pathetic service and haven't delivered my order yet. It's been two days. I was contacting them for the last two days. They are not delivering my order and not initiating my refund.

Worst experience ever.
Writing this review while waiting from last half hour on the so called customer care service.
Have zero sense of courtesy and customer service.
Already paid money in advance and now the product which was supposed to be delivered hours back is still God knows only where is.
Called several time, gave mail complain, gave complain on website also.

Pathetic worst ever service provider.
Really looting customer directly.

Forget about the delivery, their team didn't even receive calls or acknowledged it. Even after sending so many emails on their so called customer care ID haven't received any response.
Be careful before ordering as all of the money was also taken upfront. Very unprofessional. I would not give them even 1 star.. still waiting product to be delivered

If you are not able to deliver, close your shop. Nor picking call or any update on order for more than 5hours. Hope same happens with you in your life. All worst luck to you all. Thank you

I had ordered a combo of flowers on Valentine's day, also paid surge charges, paid 180 ₹ extra, but even after one day, the delivery has not happened, I am calling their customer care number, no one is picking up I am worried since yesterday, I have lost 1500 ₹, don't even know about refund
