Very courteous reception staff. Lovely rooms. Best part is 24 hour checkout. Restaurant service is very slow and needs to learn from the reception team. The tea is excellent at the restaurant, the one served in the room wasn't good, had to return it. Resto staff need to smile more!

We had great experience in the hotel. Mr. Kalai was highly supportive and rendered best possible services. The entire team was highly dedicated and provided excellent facilities. The rooms were neat and clean. The banquet hall was great. Food facilities were good. Thanks to the entire team and management.

Excellent budget hotel. Super friendly staffs. Decent complimentary south indian breakfast .
Always opt for rooms fitted with new split AC.
Cooling effect on the rooms with centralised AC is very poor in Summer
Toilets are slipppery and need to be careful when it is wet.
Over all it is very good place for Family seeking Budget Stay with quality rooms

Had good stay. Room is neat and clean. Hotel bed is not like regular spring bed. Highly Comfortable. Friendly staff and good service . Only some cleanliness improvements needed in bathroom areas. Otherwise very good stay for businesses class hotel

Room is more comfortable and spacious. hotel located just 1 kms to the bus stand. have good transportation facilities.
Hot water supply is good, washroom are very clean.
hotel has bar facilities , they offer wallet parking only because of space issue.

Good living experience, all staffs are friendly. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Tarriff might be higher but booking through apps like goibibo might give you competitive price. Overall had a nice experience.

Really nice place to stay in Salem. The location is dot on the main road but difficult to access due to heavy city traffic on the road.

It has an underground parking with good security and a restaurant which serves good South and North-Indian fare.

Very nice hotel , I stayed for 2 nights, very cooperative staff , neet and tiedy room bathroom, I had bus at 2.30am, the staff of hotel gave me drop to buststop and waited till I get into the bus. Thank you.

Very good rooms. Room and Bed size are large & spacious, compared with most hotel's.
Food quality is good n hygienic. Hall's are also good n spacious. Can't get for this tariff at heart of the city.

Attended marriage reception in Anandam hall. Hall is neat and well decorated.Seats are arranged neatly. Food is good. Parking the vehicle is very difficult though they made special arrangements for parking the vehicle opposite side of the hotel. Once the flyover work is completed,the parking problem will be solved.

One of the best hotels in Salem at very less price you will feel like you are in a 3-star hotel or a similar hotel the best in town and also the service is amazingly good and fast and the breakfast buffet is awesome you have a varieties of food from North Indian to South Indian food and also juices, croissants, tea coffee etc.
The best part is it's very clean, hygienic and silent as it is away from the roadside and the staff is very understanding and helpful and ready to serve you.
