This is one of the finest gym in the city. The coach, Mr. Mohit Singh is a pleasant gentleman, who not only coaches you well but also helps you as a life coach.
He devotes proper time to each of the Trainees and teaches quiet innovative exercises which helps in drastic toning of body and weight reduction.
He also taught me lot of hacks to reduce muscle pain in the initial days.
The crowd in this gym is very noble and decent.
