From this bus station, you get buses mainly for Gonda, Bahraich, Siddharthnagar, Azamgarh, Ambedkar Nagar as well as for places like Delhi, Noida, Kanpur, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur etc.
This bus stand built on PPP model is a unique example of excellent infrastructure. Here you have excellent clean toilets, proper seating arrangements etc.

A busy one yet well organised. Most of the government busses at this route halt here.
A new era of Electric bus service is really appreciable. Although old ones really needed an upgrade especially busses on long routes toward Ayodhya, Busti... Window glasses and other parts of the bus move independently of each other😅.
Also UPSRTC buses need not stop for so long in the middle of the journey, it's a waste of time for most passengers (5 min is enough).
For these few reasons private players are flourishing despite overcrowding.
Some TC do not accept payment via UPI although their system supports it.
In spite of a few flaws I like to travel occasionally from here.

One of the furnished bus station running under UPSRTC buses available all the times and all the facility was working and cleanliness was maintained. One thing missing was ATM machine but you can find ATM n metro station during day time but during night time you can't use the same

Not just one of the better bus stations in Lucknow but also in UP. The location is really nice as there were not many bus station towards this part of the city. It mainly connects buses to and from Purvanchal. Since, this is located at Kamta, so all the buses from Kanpur do stop here which improves coverage.

The station is really tidy, have enough chairs and clean sitting area. It has a couple of refreshment outlets as well. The bus information center is helpful and assists with the desired information.

A well maintained bus stand where you can get almost any bus for your destination. The wall of plants is also a great initiative for increasing awareness among people for vertical farming is excellent.

The staff is very polite and helpful. You'll also get purified water free of cost, as some water purifiers are available. It's not very far from Indranagar, you'll often get auto to Indranagar (Polytechnic Chauraha) for just 10 to 15 rupees or you can just wait for intercity buses which are available for within the city transport.

Good...24 hrs service for lucknow...surprisingly govt. bus fares are more than pvt. bus operator.

This bus stand is very good, seating facility is very good and cleanliness is also there.

The frequency of the bus going towards Ayodhya is very low and one has to wait for a long time and the bus also comes full. Bus stand is neat and clean...

Nice and clean place, most of the buses going towards East or Purvanchal goes through here.

This place is very good but more crowded place. Here the buses for various distant places are easily available. And it is at very appropriate place just near to Main highway from Lucknow to Barabanki via matiyari and safedabad.

The station itself is well made...the buses are all available here..there are many shops in the station as well...so overall a good station. But ask the employees about the buses before hand.

It is also best bus service , I got a bus for lko to Akbarpur in 5 minutes after reaching there
