Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning - the lobby is grand and inviting, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff at the hotel were also excellent - they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay

Loved the hotel. The location and the views were amazing. Loved hospitality. The staff are friendly and pleasing. They want to ensure you have a great experience. The breakfast service is a feast, Chef Somesh goes around , chatting with the guests making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. Make sure to try the baked yoghurt. if you visit, look for Rubaida and Swati, who also were very hospitable throughout our experience.

The newly opened Zaffran restaurant, is a feast for the senses. The entrance entices you to come try the experience. The Kashmiri Kawah tea is filled with essences that open up your sense of smell and taste. The gualati kebab melts in the mouth. The ambience is so beautiful. And Kirti's guidance through this experience was very helpful. I would recommend this restaurant for a lovely romantic evening.

Staff is courteous, warm and helpful. Food at L-14 is yumm, both at ala cart and buffet. Rooms are tidy, modern and fitted with modern amenities, bathrooms are lil small though. Ms Rubaida at L-14 and Zaffran restaurant made our dining experience very pleasant one.

The hospitality sets it apart. The food was delicious and diverse, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Particularly, the Paani Poori corner is amazing. There's a wide array of sweet options available here.

I am sharing my past experience with this Hotel. Hotel is great with full amenities what most guest desire for. We visited for the birthday celebration and had walked around the accessible spots of the Hotel and found it thrilled and comfortably.Staffs are friendly and educated with generous behaviour. Located in the Vipin Khand of Gomti Nagar. Overall very cozy place with full of cleanliness and well maintained interior.

My normal stay in Lucknow. Staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms have great amenities, clean, and the views are fantastic. Picture I posted is from my bed. The restaurant on the 14th floor has something for everyone. Decent gym but nice pool on the roof with a bar that stays open late. Great for foreign travelers

I have stayed at Renaissance Lucknow a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely warm and hospitable and the rooms are clean and mattress and towels are all of Marriot standards.
My special thanks to the House Keeping staff Vipin; Lobby staff Anchal and Ghufran who made my checkin process easy and had my room amenities in order; Resturant manager Vipin; Chef Soumesh and wait staff Anand who served me customized omelettes and coffee to my taste. Thank you all.

Stopped here on the way to Hyderabad on New Year’s Eve. Nice hotel right next to Taj Lucknow. Checked in by Gufran who was friendly and kind and gave me an upgrade. Room had a good view of the river. Club Lounge is good with snacks from 6-8 pm. Many thanks to Khushboo who took good care of me at the Lounge. She brought the warqe parata for me to try. It is a Lucknow specialty made with saffron and honey. It has a touch of sweetness, a touch of crunch and non greasy. Goes well with kabob. Please try it if you are in Lucknow.
Breakfast next morning was great. Sommesh the chef came to say hi. Piyush was very attentive. Staff is very friendly and hospitable.

The hotel is really excellent. The room was very clean, good service from staff, nice Wi-Fi and a very nice modern bathroom with hot water all day.

We did our 3 day dreamy affair at Renaissance Lucknow. Kudos to Mr. Bibhor from the events team who managed everything from end to end. It was him who made our wedding stress-free, from check in to checkout of our 80+ guests was very well managed. He was just a call away for all our needs even at 2am (literally). Special thanks to Chef Ranjeet for helping us deciding the menu (which is a big task I tell you) and the best part was he would come before and after every event and ask out guests about the food and what changes they want. Thankyou Renaissance Lucknow for giving us our dream wedding. ❣🙏🏻
