Everyone starting from the security guard to the service personnel are very polite and extremely helpful. They are professional and even helpful with the documents if anyone need any assistance with that. Nice experience.

Booked my visa appt at premium lounge. Neat and clean place. Courteous staff. Mr Firoz was very helpful and a smiling face. Only problem was that they don’t have a digital payment method. Though was prepared with cash. But that needs to be taken care of in the digital era. Overall excellent experience.

Application processing is very quick here.

BLS has a new office in Delhi which is much better than the previous one. It is well organised. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Md Izhar helped us with our application and was very patient as some of our documents was missing. He guided us very well. This centre has facilities to take instant print outs. It’s clean and well maintained.

I was in BLS without any appointment even though it was possible to get the Premium lounge through walk-in. The employees were compassionate and helped me to rectify the mistakes I have committed. It is important to note that the organisation do not accept the payment in cash. The HDFC ATM is located nearby the organisation to take cash.

I have been traveling for last 25 years. I must say my visa application process at BLS International, New Delhi has been most satisfactory. The staff was prompt, efficient and helpful. The icing on the cake was my hero Mr Divpreet Mann, Manager!!

Services at the Visa Processing Center are excellent, especially if you opt for the Premium Lounge service. It’s an exclusive area and you will feel that the staff is actually working for you. Appreciate the services of Mr. Praveen especially, a very gentle and empathetic human who makes sure you are comfortable. I had some issue with my file, he guided me completely and asked me how to get additional documents, come back and resubmit all in a day.
