1st time gye hai medanta hospital for my husband's kidney transplant , cordinator se baat hui hai ,kidney cordinator is a very polite person, and Dr. Shubham is also good they guide me what can they do for transplant process and also what budget for this process. Hospital are very neat and clean ....abhi is hospital ke bare me itna hi bata sakte hai

Treatment costs are quite high and it's mainly because of the cost of medicine they use in treatment. The facilities they are providing are really good, even it beats Apollo hospital in cleanliness and space and in price too. You will feel like you are in the mall.
The hospital has a canteen for attendees and a costa coffee shop and other food shops, the food is very hygienic and it's freshly prepared and gluten friendly options are also available here. But if you are looking for cheaper options then there are ma y street food vendors just outside the hospital. And they offer the best and cheap food.

I spent 17 days there as my mother was admitted in ICU. Really thankful to the team of doctors who treated my mother. She is well now.🙏
For patients admitted in ICU , they have a fixed time to meet with patients which is starting 12:00 at noon and 5:30 in the evening for 15 min. And everyday in the afternoon the doctor does the counseling with attendees, to inform them about the patient situation and attendees can ask questions also.

They really have a great team of doctors with all the best in field equipment.

For attendees they offer in hospital sleeping space in night for free of cost. They also have a lounge for males and female attendees. In the lounge you get a recliner and can watch TV or even you can bath or change there, which is again free of cost.
The hospital has huge parking and everything is organised. Wheelchair entrance and parking is also available.
If you have money and need good hospitality this is the spot .

Bed costs are high but the facilities they are providing are amazing, even it beats Apollo hospital in cleanliness and space and in price too.

I was admitted in the ICU for 40 days. I really thank the doctors and the nursing staff that really took very good care of me. I am thankful for their attendance for every need that I had. I experienced the HDU as well. The Critical Care department was exceptionally professional and helpful.

The only thing is that it's very Costly and not for middle class family until they have a TPA medical insurance ,I have also provided here the TPA accepted by medanta hospital but all in all the hospital and its services are awesome.

Best hospital with cooperative staff. The doctors are brilliant in their field. Dr Vidushi and Team from Pulmonary department treated my patient with positive results. Really thankful to Team Medanta for having such Doctors so that we are able to get our patients treated.

We had to go to Medanta recently to get my brother-in-law's by-pass surgery done.

What we liked:
1- Doctor: First and foremost, Dr. Gaurang Majumdar. He conducted the surgery and it went great with no complications. He is friendly, clear, down-to-earth and extremely competant doctor.
2- Infrastructure and cleanliness: Room, lobby and every area of the hospital is very clean. They maintain very good hygiene in every aspect.
3- Hassle-free process: One doesn't have to run here and there from one end to other to get things done. A lot of things get taken care of by the hospital staff itself.
4- Timely visits by concerned team: Relevant team of doctors visits patients time to time.

What can be improved:

1- Nursing and support staff: With due respect to the entire staff there, if felt staff is little over burdened and has more on their plate that they can handle. Adding more of these resources with little more training, this aspect can be taken care of very well. Having said this, I would still like to say, the staff is very committed and patient- oriented to their best knowledge and capabilities.

Additional point to know:

1- Costing- If you do not have mediclaim, please get fair idea of expenses that may occur because it is actually expensive. Since the services are great, their cost can be fairly justified however money aspect can not be ignored.

Overall, we found it a reliable place to go to and it is recommended for any type or issue that they cater.

No place is perfect, they are still doing better as compared to their counterparts.
