The resort is huge, beautiful, clean and rooms and dining area are so spacious. The housekeeping staff is also polite and helpful.

The resort has a river on one side and beach on the other side. The premises is quite large and has big garden for kids to play. The hotel is at walk-able distance from the beach. Taxi service is available just right outside of the hotel. They have a in-house pure veg. restaurant. The food is quite tasty and the buffet has good spread. Room service is quite prompt and the pool is quite good. Overall, the location is quite good and it is value for money.

This place is for peace loving people, as it is in the prime location of mid south Goa.
The location is good. Sal river and lawn provides a very beautiful view.. food is good.. swimming pool is good, parking area is safe for rented/personal vehicles... Nearest beach is cavelosim beach which is around 200 metres right in front of the hotel.. nearest supermarket is around 200 mtrs in the right side of resort..
Next nearest beautiful location to visit from here is Betul beach which is around 3kms and this beach provides the best view of sal river entering the sea!
Here you may get rented bikes/scooty/car very easily.. however the rent cost is a little high as compared to other locations or from North Goa!

It is really good for a budget friendly trip.
The property is at the prime location and really vast. The rooms need improvement, which I have been told by the authorities is that renovation is on going. The vegetarian food they served is really good.
I had to catch a flight at night. Up on request, the manager Mr. Dilwar permitted us for few hour's extended stay. Overall very good experience from the hotel staffs.

We had doubts after reading reviews but it was totally different when we stayed here. Excellent location, good pure veg. Food as nowhere in Cavellosim you get pure veg. Indian food restaurants. This is the only one. All our requests for room selection was agreed. River view from lawns is added advantage. We enjoyed our stay a lot and shall come again.
