Karma Royal Haathi Mahal

So there was this membership marketing thing where they invited you to see this premise and they try to acquire new members through this strategy.
The whole presentation though claimed to be for an hour, will actually take easily 3-4 hrs. And the reward on the coupon is mostly the hotel stay that to domestic stay, don't think they will give many electronic devices.
So I went to see this hotel through this marketing thing, and even though I didn't bought the membership, but was able to see their rooms and their hospitability.
Certainly rooms are very good, comfortable stay for sure, well maintained.
Services are also 5 stars quality.

It’s a huge property. The room I stay in, had a balcony facing the main road view, the rooms also are very big and clean. I tried the food just once in hotel and was Ok. Overall a great experience.

I have been coming to Haathi Mahal since last 24 years . I must have visited this property at least 10 times . It gets better . We stayed in Villa offered by them in fractional stay . Superb interiors ,better than 5 star hotel as it is an apartment . Zacuzi almost available among few residents. Good service. Resturant breakfast is good. Overall we had great stay for 4 days. Location is superb as walkable to beach in 10 to 12 min. Thanks to whole Haathi Mahal staff and management.

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service I received during my stay at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal from 3/01/2024 to 10/01/2024. I was impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness of the hotel staff Nicholas, Dennis and housekeeping staff e.g Sara and Siddarth.
In particular, I would like to commend Baidhar, who was at the front gate, for his warm welcome and assistance. He greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, and gave me useful information about the hotel and the area. He was always courteous and attentive, and made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were of high quality and the decor was elegant. The housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. They also replenished the toiletries and towels regularly, and respected my privacy.
I enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the hotel restaurant and bar. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the view was stunning.

Very nice rooms and ambience. The service is a bit slow..rest very nice food with good quality and quantity at reasonable rate. Overall we had a nice stay here.

I stayed at Haathi Mahal for 5 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The service was amazing. I have a very specific dietary requirement and I want to post a special shout out to Clinton and Alisha who really made sure I was well looked after at breakfast every day and accomodated me really well.

We have a membership at this resort and I must say their properties are top notch. We always have had a pleasant experience staying here. Sometimes the service takes a back seat but that can be worked and improved on, I am sure. None the less this property is a visual treat for anyone who wants to have a relaxing time.

We came to Karma Royal Haathi Mahal for a promotional event and met Kritika.
She gave us a nice tour about the property and fun filled activities thay can be opted as part of a member Karma group.
Overall the experience was nice.

Haathi Mahal is one of the best Karma properties location hardly a km from beaches. Quality of rooms n services is excellent. We r a member so we got an emerald suite with 1 bedroom kitchen huge balcony n jacuzi just below the villa. 3 pools n bar pool was really amazing. Luxury at its best 👌

This is the bestest place I have ever been to , and it's totally worth.
The jacuzzi the swimming pools the villas are just outstanding, the concept of villa is very good , the villa contains modern kitchen , living room , bedroom and a terrace , the view from the terrace is also amazing , very clean and hygienic rooms , we enjoyed in this resort very much , each day of aur vacation was filled with lots of happiness and joy , and unforgettable memories .

The facility is good but food is very expensive. If they serve it at reasonable prices then most guests will not go out to eat. For example bread Basket comes with two pieces and costs Rs 150.

Hathi Mahal is above all the other two of their resorts Royal Palms (Benaulim) and Royal Monte Rio (Baga). They maintain this property like 5 Star and keep advancing.

Amazing property to stay. The resort is 'all in perfect' place to stay for vacation. It not only has fun filled activities for adults but children too, it has a huge swimming pool area along with many jacuzzi.

For members it's high tech the most advanced facilities and amenities but for me was a bit expensive. However amazing 5 star stay experience do enjoy swimming pool and jacuzzi. Go for buffet as well for authentic goan cuisine
