Kakolem Beach

The beach was quite a distance from where we stayed, and getting there involved a bit of climbing, almost like a mini trek. But it's totally worth it because the beach is beautiful. We had to pass through a red sand forest with lots of trees to reach it. The water at the beach is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. On the way back, the sky was breathtaking to watch. Just a heads up, there aren't any changing rooms nearby, so make sure to plan accordingly.

A cosy beach with stunning views, we visited this place on weekdays and there were only 4 couples. It is a beautiful trek, but I won't recommend it if you have to carry the kids. Cafes/Accommodations are available there. A natural shower (waterfall) is available there. We could use it in the month of January.

One of the most beautiful and hidden beaches. The return climb can be tiring so don't park your bikes/cars near the main road. You will find two off roads leading to the beach so take the road which would take you to the Resort/Shack and it would lead you to the parking right next to the stairs taking you to the beach. You have to hike to reach the location and also the stairs don't have lights so I highly recommend you to leave before dark.

A very secluded beach reachable through a narrow off road, if you are with a family or kid I suggest to leave the place before sunset, it gets very dark on the way back and you have to climb a mountain to reach parking.

There is a small waterfall as well and you wil hardly find any tourist here

A little slice of peace from the chaos that surrounds Goa. If you encounter anyone who asks for a free to enter the beach, deny them the money and take the longer path. It's never worth supporting scammers who can set up road blocks. Beach is beautiful. Shacks are affordable and the sunset is sublime. Have fun!

The beach is a hidden gem and by far the best in Goa if you like secluded places. There is a bit off-road drive and then it's a walkway through stairs which may be a little tedious, however, once you reach there it's just WOW. A must visit in south Goa.

View point is nice But the road from main road till the view point is really rough very sleep and very very bad gravel. One has to be very careful while driving. Again the access to beach is really a steep downward slope.

The (Instagram) famous beach of Goa where waterfall connects the beach. You have to walk for around 10 mins to go down to the beach. There are proper steps made. While climbing back it looks pretty steep. But you get nice sunset. There are some shacks and rooms available there. People even host weddings there.

Kakolem Beach is nothing short of breathtaking. As you make your way down the short but steep flight of stairs, you're greeted with the awe-inspiring sight of a pristine, secluded cove. The beach is enclosed by lush green hills on both sides, creating an intimate and sheltered atmosphere. If you're in search of a place to unwind, reflect, or simply bask in nature's serenity, Kakolem Beach is an excellent choice.

So far the best beach I visited in Goa.
It's a shame that here too, visitors bring more garbage than they take out. If it weren't for the garbage brought by people, it would be a complete corner of paradise.

though its v difficult to reach (you've to climb up around 200 stairs or more) those who are habitual with trekking they wont face any issue, it takes 15 mins to reach down to the beach, won't recommend for small kids or elderly ones!

Must visit this beach, this beach gives you a bali vibes, this beach has clear and blue water. This beach is 80 km from baga. You can easily find this beach on Google map and if you visit this beach please do not throw garbage there and please maintain cleanliness.

This beach which also nestles a waterfall during the monsoon is pure joy. One of the best beaches of Goa. From the top, the view is breathtaking and once you hiked down, it’s marvellous. The waterfall is like the jewel of the crown. So pristine that you can see the the rocks clearly. I just didn’t feel like coming back home. The hike down to the beach is near easy. Steps are made till all the way down and takes 10/15 min to reach down. Kindly don’t litter

Best place to visit in monsoon. Visited on August 18,2023. This place is pure bliss, I reached by following the map. I way to beach is a bit tiring but worth the effort. I loved the waterfall here and the beach is also clean.

This beach is very quiet and less crowded because it's quite a task to get down the stairs from the cliff. When you have to return then youve got to climb up.There is small joint here. Food options are limited but it's quite peaceful.

Best beach in South Goa You can find. No less Rush u don't find people here only. U can enjoy your food here less Rush n you will get one Hotel here. Cleanest Beach in South Goa you can see. And it is White sand Beach. You can enjoy here but there is Risk of High waves in middle of Afternoon. Best beach around Goa. Must visit place. Save to your Bucket List

Very beautiful place. Need to park vehicle near private property for which you will be charged. Small trek downhill to reach the beach. Getting back up is bit tiring. There is a waterfall near beach. Apart from rainy season, there is not much of water. The place is very calm. Waters may be choppy, avoid going in deep. Just one shop available where u can get food. Less crowded, clean as well. There is small rock, you can climb and then go on other side as well
