Extremely happy with my dental implant procedure. Doctor Prashant was very professional in planning the procedure to be completed in 5 days during my short visit from Australia.
The clinic facilities such as whole mouth X-ray, scanning and 3D imaging were as good as those in Australia if not better and all in the same building that made it easier and convenient. The clinic itself is fully air conditioned and has very clean and dry toilets.
The staff were very courteous and fluent in English.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

I came to Smile Center (Pramod Clinic) Kochi on the high recommendation of a long time friend who was very happy with the high standard of treatment and great friendliness from Doctor Prasanth Pillai and his team (which I have found to be true).
Doctor Pillai uses sensitivity and actively requested I ask any questions I had, and utilised his expansive knowledge to explain the problems I had in a detailed and helpful manner, enabling me to feel happy about my decision to visit Smile Center (Pramod Clinic). My dental situation was extremely poor, and on my first consultation, numerous scans and certain xrays were taken, and I was told I needed a full mouth rehabilitation. As implants are superior for longevity, I decided a better option.
I need to mention here that Doctor Pillai's clinic is eqipped with the latest 3D scan and Xray machines, (and highly qualified operators) as well as well as full Laboratory facilities.
I attended a high level, modern hospital on the same day as my first consultation, to evaluate the level of my health prior to commencement of procedures, which results proved positive. Doctor Pillai commenced the treatment in short time, and the level of skill he displayed in the use of anaesthetics (I was constantly asked about my comfort) and antibiotics (100% success) was absolutely commendable.
The major procedures were completed in 4 days, and after adjustments and completion, I'm now happy and confident to smile without hesitation. I know I have made the right decision as this has made a huge difference to my quality of life, and I do not hesitate to recommend Doctor Prasanth Pillai and his team at Smile Center (Pramod Clinic) Kochi.

I first visited Dr Prashant Pillai in May 2023 for my dental issues. I was having issue with one of my root canal treated teeth on front. I have done multiple RCT on same teeth due to infection previously with other dental clinics. And I was not happy with the crown placed because of color difference with my natural teeth.I was looking for good dental clinic in and around Kochi and happened to see reviews about Dr Prashant Pillai, Smile Care India.

I was following the google reviews from past 4 to 5 months before consulting the Dr. Reviews given by patients gave me the confidence to visit the dental clinic.

Dr analysed my teeth and suggested multiple root canal treatments for my tooth.
Dr analysed my teeth and told that I have enamel hypoplacia, which leads to weakened enamel. He suggested to have root canal treatment and place crowns. Overall three week procedure with multiple root canal treatments for upper teeths. I am happy with end result. My all teeth look aligned and aesthetic wise good.

Team of doctors and staff are very supportive. They care for very finer details. I was attended by Dr Prashant, Dr Sreeja, Dr Shalin and Dr Ashwini. Dr explained the whole procedure at beginning.

Overall happy with end results.

My wisdom tooth extraction experience went as smooth as can be, despite having wisdom teeth that were fully horizontally impacted.
The doctors and staff over here make you feel very comfortable and take away all the fear in our minds, which is very important for people like me who get anxious in such settings.

A big thanks to Dr Prashant and his team at Smile Centre India. I had severe bone loss and had totally lost hope after consulting about 3 to 4 dentists. That's when I found about Dr Prashanth's clinic and watched his informative videos in his YouTube channel. I was relieved after the first consultation as I knew my teeth were in safe hands. Although I had to discontinue at that time I was sure I'd be going back to Dr Prashanth's clinic in future. A year later I got my treatment done by Dr Prashanth. Iam really satisfied and thankful. I had an accident 14 years ago and lost 2 teeth. I was using a denture after that and that caused bone loss and affected gum. It was very challenging to do the Dental Implantation. I visited multiple doctors, but everyone suggested me to go for Bridge by sacrificing 3 adjacent tooth. I was not willing to do that.
Finally I consulted Dr Prasanth, and I was expecting the same solution that others given, but Dr Prasanth was confident and explained all processes and completed my dental implantation.

In early 2023 I had visited Smile Centre for a regular dental check-up. Upon consultation, Dr Prasanth recommended me to undergo wisdom teeth extraction since I had a set of 4 deeply grown impacted wisdom teeth which had led to teeth crowding and misalignment. Even though the extraction surgery was highly complicated due to the depth of my embedded wisdom teeth, Dr Prasanth’s patient, clear, and comprehensive guidance encouraged me throughout the entire process from extraction till full healing of my wisdom tooth sockets. Due to the complexity of my surgery, my healing process took longer than expected but the team at Smile Centre always smilingly re-assured me that my healing is on the right track. I'm not sure where or how to begin to describe my experience at the Smile Centre in Kochi, India. It truly exceeded all of my expectations!

About two years ago, my teeth began to crumble due to radiation treatments from ten years ago. After visiting several dental practices in the USA, I was quoted prices ranging from $47,000 to $65,000 for upper and lower arches for implants. People told me I should check out Mexico and much to my dismay I was quoted $55,000! Above and beyond cost, I was left feeling very confused as to which doctor was best suited to handle my situation because it seemed like every dentist was now an expert in implantology. I was never left feeling very reassured.

I then started some intense research and discovered basal implants which led me to Dr. Prasanth Pillai. Basal implants were developed by a Swiss Doctor by the name of Dr. Idhe and during my research I found a picture of Dr. Idhe and Dr. Pillai standing on stage together during an implant conference in Europe.

After googling Dr, Pillai, I found out he studied with Dr. Idhe, has performed over 9,000 implants, and now mentors other dentists and is extremely well respected among his colleagues.

I reached out to Dr. Pillai, sent him my cbct scans, and then had a skype call with him, and 45 days later I was in India!

From the very first minute of meeting with Dr. Pillai, you will find him a very warm and caring individual with no pretense. I met with him in his office and he laid out the entire procedure and managed my expectations.

His staff is amazing, always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make things easier. I had 25 extractions and 19 basal implants placed within two days. A few days later I was smiling the best smile I have ever had in my entire life at 20% the cost of the United States or Mexico.

I will mention that I met many international patients in the waiting room. Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Canada. The couple I met from New Zealand told me they live in a small town of 2,000 people and over 20 people from their town have traveled to see Dr. Pillai! That's a pretty amazing statistic!

Traveling to India might seem like an impossible endeavor but it's really not. Door to door it was 24 hours for me. The cost savings and the expertise of Dr. Pillai and his staff is worth the trip and I would do it all over again.

Recently had a wisdom tooth extraction procedure and had the most comfortable experience! Dr. Prasanth was extremely kind and walked me through the entire process so it didn't seem as daunting as I had thought it would be. Would definitely recommend coming here for any dental treatments in Kochi.

I had the best experience at Smile Dental Clinic. I was scared beyond measure for my wisdom teeth surgical extraction but Dr. Prashanth, Dr. Sreeja and Dr. Paul ensured that it was a walk in the park for me. I had absolutely no pain during or post the surgery. The admin regularly checked in to ensure all was ok with me and was available at all times to answer any questions that I had. Above all, I really just think Dr. Prashanth is a great human being apart from being a pioneer in the industry. From never going to the dentist out of pure fear, I most definitely will be going back in regular intervals now because I know I will have a relaxed experience there. My experience at the Smile Center was exceptionally positive. Dr. Prasanth and his team were welcoming and efficient. On the very first day of my visit, the procedure began, involving the extraction of my remaining teeth and the placement of 20 implants—10 on the upper arch and 10 on the lower arch. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia and was nearly painless. I received pain relief medication afterward. Remarkably, the entire process took only 10 days, resulting in a complete set of new teeth.

I plan to return for a follow-up check-up after a year. I highly recommend Dr. Prasanth to anyone seeking dental implants. His extensive experience and his caring team make the entire process smooth and reassuring.

As a 62 year old dental tourist on my first visit to India I was unsure what to expect so had prepared myself as best as possible.Prior to leaving Austrailia I had a number of consultations with Dr Prasanth via email and internet during which we went through my X-rays and I got a sense as to what I could expect both treatment and cost wise, these were organised by Robbie and Rod Murry who would be escorting us on our visit to Kochi.
From day 1 Dr Prasanth and his wife Dr Sreeja and all their team have made me feel comortable and relaxed their professionalism ,expertise ,experience ,and can do attitude put my mind at rest immediately and made the proceedures that were required after years of neglect very straight forward. I return home to Austrailia with a new set of teeth after 20 days of intense treatment that included surgical extractions and root canals , multipule implantations and finally crowns of the highest quality. Coming from Australia is a breeze when you want dental work. Dr Prasanth & Dr Serena are expert in dentistry with cortico basal implants which many Australian come to India for.
