I love BOI. I am an old customer of Bookshop of India. I keep on buying from them on regular basis. The books collection is good and service is prompt. Many times, I get books which I don't find on other online bookstores. So, my thumb up for them.

Known for factories for IAS in India. All materials of famous faculty available. also classes available in different batches. Young people with high ambition giving an example of unity and brotherhood from whole country. But High rented room and beware of cheap food.

Need to improve communication. I ordered a book which they later said was not in stock, and while I got a refund they firstly did not inform me about stock availability until I emailed them 10 days later and secondly didn't tell me when they cancelled and refunded the order. As a result, I did not notice the refund till 3 weeks later when they replied to another email and because of which I earlier gave a lower review score. So while they did refund me, there was very little communication. Maybe it's because of the pandemic, but then they should clearly indicate that on the website. So while I wouldn't dismiss them as frauds or cheats like some of the other reviewers or I earlier did, they do need to work on their standards of professionalism and customer feedback.

I don't even want to give a single star.u can't get them through phone or mail.It's wrong no.i have placed an order for the book (compatative exam) the amount was detuced but the order didn't received yet.after Devaraj days with out any information I got it.
