The Hideaway Waterfront, Naukuchiatal

Went there a few years ago with family. Very large studio rooms super furnished. You can even see crabs on the nine cornered lake.

One of the best Club Mahindra resorts. Rooms are awesome. Artistic and royal-type furniture, and tastefully done up rooms. Nice window-side seating arrangement in the rooms. Service is very prompt and staff very polite and helpful. Ideally located near the Naukuchiatal Lake.

It was really a good experience. We stayed there for 3 days, lot of activities were there for adults and kids, caring and nice staff, good buffet, lush green property.

Due to excess of rain and bad weather conditions, we had to extend our stay there, receptionist provided us with proper info as to when it is safe to move out for home.

Other guests staying there became our friends and we all enjoyed activities just like a family.

Beautiful and cosy property with private access to Naukuchiatal lake. The property is very well maintained and there is lot of trees and flowers and greenery all around. You may do activities in Naukuchiatal lake or take a nature trail or do bird watching. Its fun. The staff is very helpful and courteous Would love to come back again.

Very good place, has a warm ambience and peaceful environent. The flora is great. There are a lot of activites to do including ziplining, cycle riding, family activities, table tennis, and other sports. The rooms are very well maintained and comfortable equipped with all the necessary kitchen materials. The view from the balcony is amazing. Beware of monkeys though..they can come inside through the balconies. Food is good but expensive. Otherwise the place is perfect for a family trip!

Small property but a very good location and very good caring staff.
The food was very good, the activities @ the resort were good and especially tracking was quite good and enjoyed sunrise, nature walk and lake walk also.

Lovely place. Good food and rooms. Nice garden and a wonderful view of the lake. There are some activities on offer as well as a badminton court. You can walk down to the Day lakeside and just roam around that part. Only drawback is that this place has only Studio rooms which are meant for a maximum of 3 adults.

Located near beautiful Naukuchiatal Lake, this resort is beautiful and has its own charm. The staff is good and helpful.
Resort does not have any basic amenities like bathrooms and toilets for drivers, our car driver faced a real challenge to meet his daily needs.

We reached at Club Mahindra resort of Naukuchiyatal and my experience was amazing 😊🤩. The view was of mountains and a lake. I did boating in the lake and there are many activities there. We took a package of all activities. We did rope activities like Burma bridge and commando net. The service and food is amazing. You should surely visit at least once.

Club Mahindra Naukuchiatal boasts a fantastic view of the lake after which the resort is named. All lake facing rooms have a wonderful view of the scenery of the lake and the lush green hills surrounding the lake. There are .any activities like zip lining and kayaking all available in the resort along with a fun zone that has the common amenities like Table Tennis, Pool , Board Games which every Club Mahindra Resort has. The food is splendid and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. I personally had a wonderful time there and will definitely return to this particular spectacular Resort!

Especially for nature lovers. Calm and aesthetic place. Food is tasty but bit expensive if you are not having food coupons. Best in class room service. You'll get numerous memories to cherish. Suits for both families and friends. :)

Boutique resort lake facing rooms available opt for one of you plan to stay here. All day dining available breakfast buffet starts 495 and lunch/dinner 795 + taxes offcourse. Over all it's a beautiful resort midst the mountains and besides lake. Don't be surprised if you have clouds covering the resort which makes you feel you are in heaven. There is a lawn where the resort hosts activities and live food counters in the evening. There is a bar which was just opened when we visited so they were less items available but it's going to be a full bar. Staff is courteous Rooms are good. This place is close to Bhimtal and Nearest Railway station (1 hr) is Khathgodam. Trains from major stations are available to here we took the one to Old Delhi which has travel time of 8 hours.

Club Mahindra Naukuchiatal is, like all their resorts, located away from the city noise. Our room was such that we could see mountains and lake from the window. We stayed in a studio apartment with kitchenette. The rooms are very spacious and had no leakage whatsoever even in July rainy season. The resort has nice fun zone with lot of activities to do including a kareoke machine. There is even a bandminton court for the enthusiasts. They also have tie up with paragliders. The restaurant offers their usual setup of buffet with ample options, a la carte. It also offers local kumaoni thali which you need to order 1 meal before so that it can be prepared well. The staff is very courteous and proactive. They often anticipate your need and help you. It is situated near bhimtal and very close from Nanital area. A good choice for stay if you are on nainital tour.

Amazing location, on the banks of the lake. Rooms have a view of the lake. The food is excellent and service quality is top class. Messers Prakash, Ganga, Chandrashekhar, Neeraj, Narendra and Vinod were gracious hosts and took care of our needs very well. Would recommend a 3 to 4 day stay here for couples and families with kids as they have a lot of kids friendly events too.

On the edge of a lake. Beautiful to sit by the lake in the evenings and mornings. Adventure activities in lake are fun too. One can go swimming in the lake.
The hotel has beautiful flower beds. A good place to be with nature.
The food is amazing. Enjoyed amazingly delicious fish preparations. The Kumaon cuisine is also worth a try.
Had a great time just relaxing amidst nature and rejuvenating thru adventure activities - Canoeing, kayaking, forest treks, paragliding etc.

As usual, another very well maintained and located holiday resorts of the Mahindra group. Well worth a longish visit....Don't be in a hurry to get back home from this peaceful and calming experience. As with other Mahindra resorts, the food is superb and the service is warm and friendly. They even prepare dishes as per your requirement.

We visited your resort last week. After my morning walk, I was at your reception lobby. I saw there was a family with heavy baggage was checking in. There was baggage attendant however baggage was too heavy to handle by him in a go. I notice your G.M. Mr Sharam was there at lobby, he welcomes the guest & next movement without hesitation, he took ownership, initiative & pull bags of guest to help his co worker.
I consider this is the best example of service and leadership, when you become a leader not by designation but involving yourself & team in act when job require to team perform best at that movement.

I found the all staff of club Mahindra Naukuchiatal Resort is best at their service, not because it’s their job, but it’s their passion to service their guests.

I believe, Naukuchiatal resort is the smallest property compares to other properties of club Mahindra. May you have best infrastructure and other facilities however all physical amenities fail if you don’t have the service attitude. I see everyone at resort take their job like their own business and offer best experience. This is like own entrepreneurship at their job.

We could see from day one that the hotel service has a great quality, both because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort.

Great hotel in Naukuchiataal..! Food is awesome & staff are very helpful...! We stayed 6 days, it was awesome experience..!

I want to suggest that keep always "Doctor on Call". I has an emergency & management can't do anything for First aid like Blood Pressure measurement...!

I went to Bhimtaal which is 5 km away from hotel for Emergency Doctor treatment & medicine.
