I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your Tata Motors dealership. I recently purchased a Tata Nexon(top model) from your JD AUTONATION Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, and unfortunately, I have encountered a serious issue.

During the purchase process, I was given incorrect and misleading information regarding the car registration process. The representative (Bhavesh Tiwari) at your dealership assured me that car with CG number plate will not cause any issue if we take that car to Maharashtra. However, it has come to my attention that this information was not accurate, and as a result, I have been challaned and warned by traffic police in Pune, Maharashtra.

After this when I went to upper authority of Tata motors, they are only trusting their staff and not at all showing responsiveness related to this issue.

Recently I have purchased Tata altroz , I have worst experience with the JD Automation , I booked my vehicle 10 days before It wasnt ready on time , I struggle allot to get the document for BH series registration, They don't have basic knowledge what document required to get the BH series, Bhuvaneshvar tata was more responsive then where I had purchased my vehicle.
Management are very hopeless they just non responsible. I never expected from Tata service

It was a very bad experience. They are giving me a repainted Tata Punch at delivery.

Unprofessional behavior ..keep asking for money without delivery and staff are illiterate and don't know how to talk
