First time I came in this hospital, what I seen in the reception. They are ignoring the person who stand in the reception, i have seen that lady who was sitting in the reception. Even if she is not talking in a good manner, don't be an arrogant person, please give full attention to a person. As a receptionist should be a humble or polite person. Show the hospitality to the patient, Before you being the receptionist, learn how to deal with people. with Who all coming in the hospital.
