I have rented out cars from this place twice, deteriorating experience.

1st time - The car was new and spotless, and was arranged on short notice. The dealer Anand was polite as well and on-time. The car was initially low on fuel but refilled on our expense before handing it over to us. We ended up returning the car with 1/3 of the tank filled. And few days later, the dealer followed up even with feedback link.

2nd time - The car itself was working sufficiently, but unclean. I could find food particles on the back seat and quite dusty, though I had arranged for this at-least with a day's notice. We had the same dealer this time too. The car reached us late by atleast 15-20 mins.

**IMPORTANT**
We had major issues while returning the car.

[1] One of the rear lights looked broken. We were ready to account for it though I was not sure if it was done by me. But he withheld the entire deposit amount (which is atleast ok), plus demanded & charged extra - which is completely ridiculous. We asked him to provide us the repair bill so that I could verify and later transfer the additional amount. He did not agree to it and demanded the additional cost on the spot. I had to agree to his ruckus based on his own "assumed" repair estimate since we were women only and had a flight to catch. I asked him to whatsapp me the bill which he nodded to but never did. Had we more time atleast, we would have probably double checked his estimate.

[2] He also threw a ruckus regarding the fuel. This time, we returned it to him with the same amount he did (close to empty). But he ended up arguing and was not ready to listen or check the fact that the fuel meter reading will re-adjust once you turn on the car. He was going to even charge us for that, but we did not budge. The guy was going to be happy like the first time if you gave him free fuel I guess.

VERDICT: Beware, you will have a good experience only as long as everything is ideal. I won't engaging with the same dealer ever again!
