Very unprofessional.... Gave an advance to prepare a number plate but he didn't complete the job... Had to chase for more than 2 weeks to get the refund

This man is third class.Before work he said ma’am give me the work and give me some money now and the remaining after you received the deposit,I will do cleaning and coloring properly but at the time of work I can see the mess they did ,he came with another Man is not atall interested in work…:as I gave them money in advance after that I don’t have choice I was there for whole day and worked with them now after work what ever he completed now calling for money like any thing and threatening me and I explained him don’t do this I will give you your money once I received my deposit but he doesn’t want to listen sending me massage continually….
