We stayed at the W Goa on Vagator beach when visiting from Scotland. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they happily lent me one! The rooms are spread out on beautifully landscaped gardens, so they offer buggies to take you to your room and back to the main lounge. They have excellent amenities at the premises. We enjoyed playing snooker and table tennis. Our room itself was immaculately designed and very comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel for its location, 5-star luxury experience with beautiful design and landscaping and last but not least - their extremely friendly staff!

Can highly recommend this resort overlooking Vagator Beach. Cottages are first rate, service is excellent and the breakfast buffet is as good as any I have experienced in India. For a relaxing stay you can’t go past this resort. Need to mention that we were so well looked after by Rohaan and staff.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. They could help us out with nightclubs to visit and even made bookings for us. Have transportation available too if you wish to avail it.

Spa services were a bit disappointing. The pricing is on par with such hotels but the service was not. The massages were not satisfactory. Indoor pool was very tempting but found not be used as the water was too cold in an AC environment.

The hospitality team with their warm welcome was overwhelming.
Ms. Lima D’Souza, Recreation Executive, planned our anniversary so well in a very short time. She chose the venue, the beautiful Rock pool by the sea with the setting sun. She made a beautiful card for us, arranged a delicious cake, decorated our table with so many balloons and candles & sparklers. It was amazing. She made our anniversary a very memorable one. We were speechless with all the warmth extended by her. She would always ensure that we had a comfortable stay.
Mr. Ravi, ensured that our room was perfectly done with all the amenities. He greeted us with a warm smile and genuine willingness to assist with any need that we had. We highly appreciate his dedication.

We had an excellent stay at W Goa! On arrival, it was very clear this was a unique, quality hotel in a prime location in Vagator Beach with fun music playing in the lounge area. The bar has an excellent happy hour from 4-5pm with four free cocktails/drinks per room for Gold members and above. At a time when many points hotels are cutting back on giving benefits, this was an extremely welcome change that W Goa is different. The rooms are really nice and spacious. Service is really good as well, none better than Farhad, who did a fantastic job helping us plan our dinners, activities, and help make reservations at restaurants and parties. Make sure to contact him for any questions or help in Goa. The breakfast was quite tasty and has extensive options. Lunch is also a buffet and is delicious. We had Traditional Balinese treatments at the Spa which were absolutely fantastic. It was a heavenly relaxing time. The only part that I was a little disappointed by was Rockpool. The view of Vagator Beach is excellent. The issue is that on Fridays and Saturdays they advertise it as a party vibe, but really it is just people sitting having a drink or snack, lots of families and kids running around, and even had some terrible band playing during part of it. While that may be what some guests want, if you are expecting Wet Deck vibes like I was, you will be disappointed with Rockpool. Overall, this was an awesome hotel and nearly flawless stay, and I recommend W Goa to anyone wanting a great vacation!
