The environment is well lit & clean, you also get one of the best audio experiences in GKP also the projector is high quality.

The food is also good compared with the price.

Full Paisa wasul, Feeling well & comfortable in it. Seat's are easy to adjustable according to our comfort.
Feet space is also well
There's only one exit door and entrance door in hall.
Inside hall temperature is fine, AC is working but fan makes noise.
One problem I face that after exit from movie it is difficult to find toilet 😜😜😜.

Best Cinema Hall, very Good Sound and picture quality

I think this place is better than SRS Cinema, because it's cheaper than SRS (City Mall) and seating arrangement is almost same.
Only problem i faced is to reach there. Traffic is bad and roads are very narrow.

The experience was good. Nice hospitality. Humble staffs.

From last 10 years I am visiting here it is the best place for shopping and watching movies.

Osam place food are not costly and cinema is very cool

One of the best cinema hall in gorakhpur so far. Totally value for money. The parking is so good, even the tickets for the movie is so cheap in comparison to others, and you can get fast food, cold drinks, coffee or tea at a affordable price.

Loved the ambience n experience of watching the movie in their gold class. Felt pampered with their services. Cost of ticket 🎫 for this cinema really in everyone's budget, please improve or add 3D movies also so that everyone enjoy 3d movies here
But overall it was good experience recliners are also good,staff is courteous and washrooms are perfectly cleaned.
