Coastal Village at Manav Sangharalaya represents dwelling from various part of India like dwelling huts of Kerla, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, TamilNadu and Gujrat. These are the typical traditional dwellings representing the life style & and cultural identities of the Indian Coastal Communities.

Some Eco friendly structures like the typical wooden house of Arapura and Naalkettu from Kerla, wooden racing boat, the Chunden Vallam, acquired by the museum etc. To give an insight of the social and cultural aspects of the inhabitants of kerla are the main attraction for the visitors.
Coastal Village exhibition has an exhibit of the shrine of Aiyyanar from Tamilnadu also with various sizes of the terracotta figurine of animals & local deities.
