Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISERB)

Amazing place for all researchers, prestigious institute for research and development. Beautiful environment. Quite away from the actual Bhopal city situated in village kind of area so you will struggle little to find vehicle to reach here. From Bhopal Junction you need to book uber bike to reach there because auto rickshaw is quite expensive (atleast 400). One tip is to use public transport to reach there if you have time.
Now talk about inside the campus. In main Gate there is tight security and after it you have 2min walk to reach beautiful guest house of iiser bhopal, if you are coming here for interview purposes you will be stay there and your interview will be conducted on that building. There are queue of trees throughout the footpath so you will not face any difficulties to walk in summer time. Canteen is available there. Bathrooms are neet and clean. All professors are quite supportive and well behaved. Overall best campus for research commers.

Amazing, it is one of the top research institute of India. I am not a student of IISER, however I visited the campus and stayed there for 3-4 days. The experience was mesmerizing, the campus is full of trees, roads are well built neat and clean. We tried food at mess also it was good. Overall it is a good place for students.

You will be amazed to see it's campus. There are no much photos available of IISER Bhopal in public domain but the campus is worth watching. Hostel mess and play area are completely separate from acadmic area. Ambiance at night is what student want in their dream collage.

Education : If I talk about education, labs are very good. I have spent time with some faculty members and students. Everything is perfact which you want for a research institute. Central library is IISER B is one of the best library in India. Most of the labs are well made with sufficient resource. (EECS is still in developing stage but robotics labs are one of the best in India like Moon and dude lab)

Hostel : Hostels are pretty good, will managed and bath area is also good. Small rooms and hot weather can be a problem sometime.

Activities : There are all the activities in the campus like basket ball, badminton, cricket, football, kabaddi, table tennis, squash, etc.

Shopping center : Campus also have shopping center where you will find everything for your daily need like provision store, clothing Store, medical store, health center, salon, beuty parlour, ATM, small restaurant, fruits store, etc

Suggestion : bring cycle and umbrella with you if you are coming to iiser b.

Quite a beautiful and elegant campus, obviously filled with happiness and healthy vibes. Oke this was all for a short exposure, I think that's all I can tell for a short term experience review (3days)

A premier research institute, it offers Undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD degree in science and engineering streams. One of the best institutes in India.

Fantastic place to do basic sciences research in Central India.

Very beautiful campus but the hostel is not that good

Excellent campus. Great ambience. A great institution for students interested in research. Has very good infrastructure. This is a Central Government institution. Excellent faculty. Parents who visit can stay in Visitors Hostel with prior booking. Visitors hostel is a great place to stay.
A wide range of facilities for students is available. Good mess, canteen. Shopping centre which fulfills all their daily needs. Medical shop, bank, ATM, available in campus. Eateries, Cafe Cofee Day also within campus. Very self sufficient. Students need not go out for anything.

One of the Best institutions in India promoting Science and Advanced Research

Love the atmosphere but too far from the main city

A pioneer institute my daughter have been blessed by masters in chemistry & uplifted fr PhD in Indiana University bolmington (usa). Heartily thankful to Mr sangit kumar sir & associates at Isser bhopal.

This university offers various dual degree programmes like BS-MS and MS-PhD.
Admissions are on the basis of entrance test.

The campus is huge.
It is on the outskirts of Bhopal and offers good connectivity by road.
The road leading to the airport are good.
Auto services are available only from inside the campus. You need to take the number of auto waale bhaiya and that guy is usually very busy. 🤷
The nearest market would be near DB Mall which is also very far.
Lack of public transportation is the major challenge.

During the summers, the students have to study and do research work in scorching heat. There is no AC in the hostel.
If you are going for summer internships or fellowships - the campus will be usually empty.

I went during the monsoon season in 2018. I was delighted by the stay at the Visitor's Hostel. The rooms are quite decent and the quality of food is good.
One needs to mention the purpose of visit to get booking in advance (which is also checked by guards at the entrance).
Vehicles are only allowed inside if one is a staff member, or is a guest there.

The medical facilities available at the campus are good.

This campus is very big . Auto rickshaws are available to visit the campus. You will find cafe , medical shop , stationary shop and beauty parlour also. Children from SPA and NIFT also visit here to fulfill there requirements.

Best college world class facilities

Place where you can build your career in scientific research and extra curricular activities. In this campus maximum number of newly and advance instruments are present which can improve you scientific data and you can publish your paper in good journal.
If we talk about professor, all are highly qualified from national and international institute.
If you want to pursue a research degree, this place is one of the best in India.

This school comes in a very good school of Bhopal district, where children from all over the country come to get education. This year, the competition is organized every year, and children who get good marks are selected.
Last year my younger brother took admission in this college. The area is quite good, it feels a pleasant experience of nature. The college's hostel is also nearby.

A beautiful campus with great facilities. I've attended the place for a conference hosted there names COMPFLU. The campus was so pleasing to heart. I didn't at all feel like coming back from there. The serene environment, the landscape of the campus was very eye catching. The nightwalks through the campus roads is the most memorable thing I can think of.

IISER is my favourite place to visit. Very Peaceful campus. The most amazing view of Campus is India Flag Area. CCD is also there. Shopping centre is having 1 restaurant and few shops.

Top institute for pure science studies, very clean campus.

Very well developed and clean campus with all the necessary facilities and tight security.
