Great service. Office starts at sharp 9 o clock in the morning. I went there before 9am so that I got chance to meet the officer without any quee. But after 9.15 - 9.30 it become little rush. So that plan accordingly. The mentality of staffs are really pleasant. They helped me really well. There is a small tea shop in the same building.

If you are planning to go here. Try to get there before 9am.

They have really astonishing service. Staffs are amazing. Especially, efforts of Ms.Rose is highly appreciated. She greets the guests always with a smile and should say is really dedicated and helping. I did not had to wait much for submitting my adhar application despite of their busy schedule. Today i have received by Adhar Card and i would like to thank Ms.Rose and the entire team. Keep up the good work.

They have Provide good service. I have visited the Pottakuzhy akshaya center this morning to apply for a Ration card. I was so surprised to experience the warm reception I got from the employees over there even though it's so hard to handle all the customers at a time especially during this Covid -19 time. They seemed so busy attending each customer without any lag in between. It's very rare to see now a days. They have given me all support and instructions about the paper work I should be going through.
I wish all the staff best of luck and once again congratulate them for their dedication over their job

Best Akshaya E-Centre in the area. I went to Karavanthara Akshaya two times earlier but their service and attitude was horrible. But here they serve everyone one-by-one and charges only the prescribed fee. I went to this centre for applying for a new ration card. The lady worked on my application spent around an hour to complete all the documentation scanning uploading printing etc, but charged only 70 rupees. Really amazed.

Great services within the available resources. The service minded ladies do their work well. Allow them to render good services and serve the community.
