Giving 5 stars since the hotel is in a small town. Feels more like a 3 star hotel that one would see in a big city. Centrally located, rooms are big and neat. Bathrooms are good, although one of the water spray faucets had very less pressure.

The food is the best part of this hotel. Breakfast is really lip smacking. The dinner items are also good although they keep saying Andhra items are over.... And we are forced to order north Indian and Chinese items.

One negative thing I observed is the plates from room service we ordered were not cleared for more than 30 hours.

Overall a very good place to stay, but couple of small improvements can be made, as mentioned above.

This is my first time in this town and area, blown away by this cozy tucked in Hotel in the busy area of the town. Extremely good one, rooms, bathrooms are hygiene, service by room staff par excellence. I am still staying at this and giving the review. Complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Chicken 555 was awesome here

It is the best hotel in Tanuku. Even people come using Mercedes-Benz car to this hotel. Price is a bit higher. When I stayed here, I booked a single room and the bill was around ₹1600 per day. There will be complimentary breakfast which is very tasty. For other guests the price of breakfast is Rs. 100. Regarding normal Chinese food will be tasty but quantity served will be a bit less compared to other similar hotels.

This was my second stay at the hotel, on a business trip.

Very hospitable staff and exemplary service, and very reasonably priced tasty food. Rooms could have been a little better as compared to hotels in major cities, but they are rooms are amongst the best in a small town like Tanuku.

Definitely recommend a stay if you need a room in Tanuku!

The best food that all ways stops us from stoping when traveling through the NH , very nice and polite staff , Sambar Rice and Curd are my favorite find . Everything tastes too good biryani and starters are nice .

Food was good, my favs was dragon chicken & Panjabi biryani & ofcourse garlic naan with methicheman.

Food was really cool, less spicy so that we could have some more.taste was really superb,i would try again,i tried chicken fry dum,prawns,special egg fried tried with chicken all were really superb with less spicy

Today we are going to tell you about the experience while going to Kolkata from from Hyderabad our car tyre got busted and it was a night time someone told me and my husband to go to the nearby tanaku town and stay for night because it was too late so we took auto and came to tanaku and here we found this hotel chitturi heritage and as soon as we reach hotel we realize that we forgot our phone in car and it was a night time but the hotel owner was sitting there he was so humble he told my husband to come with him and he took him in his car it was almost 9 km. People are so humble and I never expected this kind of help nowadays without any expectations. Thank you uncle we are very grateful to you

Best place and family friendly restaurant in Tanuku.

The taste is good,they have got a very good chef in the north indian dishes with a decent taste.A little spicy but that's the expected godavari spice from people over here
