Brahmastra The Gym

This is my second year in this gym and I have zero regrets in renewing my membership here. It gets better here everyday. The gym trainers are extremely helpful and don’t push you to take personal training sessions like other gyms. I joined this gym weighing 96 kgs and I have successfully lost 20-25 kgs of fat here and would like to give credits to the gym and their helpful trainers. More than just exercising and losing fat/weight it’s something else too, I didn’t just workout here and got in a better shape but also got educated about fitness. The gym owner is a really kind and humble person and is extremely helpful whenever you need his suggestions with diet and exercises. Overall I would like to say that it’s the best gym I have been to in my life. The crowd is decent too and the machines are extremely good and are regularly maintained. There is no scope for me to give this place a rating of less than 5/5 .

Looking forward to more workout sessions here and continuing being a part of the family.

There is no other gym like Brahmastra in Dehradun, Well spoken staff, trainers have the best knowledge, cleanliness and hygiene is taken care of. The pool is also beautiful with scenic landscapes.

Oh it’s been a year working out at this facility. I can be all praise here, but you won’t get to know until you workout here. It’s a place where you’d lose track of time, you’d tend to be your best and you’d grow limitlessly. The machines are top notch, the staff is supportive and the gym owner has a good experience up his sleeve—owing to which you’d see some great innovation. They have a lot in store coming up such as MMA and a new dedicated area for CrossFit. Only one suggestion if you’re reading: please visit once to know for yourself! It’s an ace of a gym!
