Annaya Royals - Hotel in Transport Nagar

Stayed here with my family on my visit to Mumbai. I must say that the hotel fulfilled my expectations in all the fronts. The infrastructure of the hotel was good. Also it is very near to Grant Road (local train) station. So, thats a plus if you are coming via local train. The staff was helpful.

Great experience. The rooms are adequately large.they are neat and clean the duvet and the towel provided are also clean.bathrooms has good interior and they are very clean.and room is provided with huge cabinets and cupboards for storing your belongings..the staff is helpful and polite only downside is it is a bit difficult to find and the road leading the hotel is in very bad shape...otherwise the hotel is amazing

The location of this hotel is quiet easy to be missed, but can be searched easily over Google maps. Situated well within range near airport and highest. Metro is also close by.Staff are really good and well behaved. Rooms are kept really well and tidy. All amenities work excellent. Good service provided.

I stayed in Treebo Annaya Royals in first week of November 2018 for 3 days. I had pleasant stay overthere. Hotel is near to Highway, less crowded. Room was neat and clean. Food was good. Staff is nice and cooperative. 10 minutes walking distance from Lucknow Metro. Good for business stay. Lots of construction is going on near to the hotel, but still calm and quiet.

Very spacious clean rooms and it was a pleasant stay . Good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, 30mins drive to airport. Delicious food with variety choices in menu, daily house keeping. Staffs are very friendly and helpful Aradhana, Afreen and zafar provided exceptional customer services.stayed for the second time and got good discounts and good bue gifts from Afreen and Aradhana. I will definitely recommend this place

I got Spoil by this place.. The location is good, next to a restro open till 12 am ( yep they take orders till 12 am, insane ). The food.. omg the breakfast was just amazing. The rooms were always clean.. small but clean. I don't expect bigger rooms at a good location in Mumbai but the room size never occurred in my mind as the staff got everything i needed under a minute.. yayy.

From iron to iron table, wall charger to hot kettle, everything i needed was just a decent call away.
You guys literally spoiled me. I am super happy to have chosen you over anyone else.

Just a note to the person reading the review... if you are comfortable with 3 people sleeping in minimal space only then opt for a 2+1 room else settle for 2 ppl in 1 room.. like I did.

Cleane and peace place. Hotel staff behaviour is so Good. They understand the requirements of customer . Services are very fast .

Comfortable rooms... Budget from a location in central Mumbai is ok... Easily identified.... Good services and complimentary breakfast... Enjoyed the stay

One of the best service ever a all WiFi AC and and atmosphere is really very gd as it is very much close to international airport and lmrc transport Nagar metro station and also very close to Amar sahed path with great location is grt and the service is good

Nice budget hotel...near to the airport.rooms are very spacious....neat n clean rooms...all the amenities were provided...the towels were clean.had a great stay...

Rooms are really gr8 nd the staff is very friendly... The hotel is located near Ameer Shaheed Path nd i easily accessible via Ola nd Uber..... My stay was really gr8 nd the food is also vwry delicious
