My honest perception is that health is wealth...you should maintain your health because leading a unhealthy life style,lack of care and knowledge in health /nutrition can put anyone's health at risk.finally I opt to go for fast fitness gym and I approached rohan dutta You're an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for your work. Your encouragement and constant motivation pushed me to heights I never thought possible. Thank you for inspiring me to be excellent in everything I do. Your leadership and sportsmanship are top-notch.As soon as I signed up to the program I could see changes within a couple of days. With my trainer help I work out hard with dedication and patience which is most important part.. It sounds harder than it is but once the body started receiving good foods.. Eventually the craving for junk foods reduce day by day.. In just 3 months I lost weight from 70 kgs to 62 kgs

Fast fitness gym is a well equiped gym in Silchar town. During my first week in the gym, (with the help of both exercise and diet plan) my weight got reduced by 3 kg. My personal gym trainer Rohan Dutta is very much professional. Liked the place very much.

This gym have very comfortable enviorment Trainers is very friendly. Very low fees and have many equpiments and machines, cardio workout machines. They need to improve their music system. They have new technology machines which help to built more muscles. They have many different bench presses shoulder presses very impressing gym.U should jion it.
