Santala (Dobo) Dam is situated at around 10 km away from the Mango Bus Stand.
The drive is pleasant through Marine river by the side of Subarnarekha river, crossing the river through new bridge and drive around 4 KM towards highway.
The dam has been constructed amidst the hill and has a lovely view.
It has a small lake and large open areasThe lake, hills and surroundings offer attractive view.

Dobo is an excellent place outside few kms from the city. The hill views and the dam is perfect place to visit some in nature times. Quite a place. Mountains around the dam is so beautiful. Some things which are missing at dimna dam is fulfilled here like, closer mountains, dam surrounded by mountains not roads. Ally view of the water. Loved the place
