The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms are free.

Superb place in the locality of Telco, Golmuri and Baridih. Just went to the restaurant and the bar. Excellent service and food. Will recommend any day.

The Taste of the food was so good and the waiters and all peoples were so gentle . A must go place to dine in with family. We went to participate in my sister's ring ceremony and every thing was so well organised and the music party was also there many family members sung song and my father also performed very well.

I stayed for 5 days in the hotel. They have really good and clean rooms. Staff is so nice. The restaurant guys have always ensured that the cutlery is properly covered. They have provided snacks in the room for free. They have so many varieties of restaurants in the hotel itself so if you have a small trip, you can avoid going out which will save time and money. Would love to stay again.

We went on a reception party at The Bizton hotel, all decore was amazing and beautiful. The banquet and food was great the banquet staff was very helpful. But a special thanks to Mr Saikat from the reception who helped us to get best pictures of the night, his generosity took my heart. His cheerful nature and smile was made our day, keep smiling Saikat.

The room was very pleasant, it was clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

It is a surprise that someone was able to build such a grand hotel in the heart of the city. It is bound to get a 3-star very soon. It has all the facilities and makings of a three star. It has 3 different restaurants, bar, and even a pool. Rooms are very spacious with all the required amenities. The service is prompt and the staff are courteous. I even loved the buffet breakfast that they offered. And to top that they have 2-3 different banquets too, if you want to throw a party or something. I had a great experience.

This is the place you we were looking for, a perfect pack for the people who are looking for the stay and to experience the best services. This hotel has everything a private pool, indoor,outdoor games and delicious food etc. You much go ahead and try this hotel.

Very nice hotel with professional and well behaved staff. The stay was very comfortable.

The banquet hall was a big 1 on 2nd floor, we were invited. The staff served well, behavior was to serve to the guests and not to save food or drinks from the guests as it happens in many places where you feel the constraints used to serve the guests. Nice ambience. Acha hai...good place in Jamshedpur, quality of food is good too.
