I visited many times to update my passbook but I found no one on the table. There service is very bad and there staff too. They take huge time to do normal things.

very poor,
The Bank Manager, never respect customers, specifically the Senior Citizens,
My mother has visited, the Branch for Life Certificate for pension purpose, and got very unsatisfactory response.
His behavior is very negative, my mother has also approached several times for PASS BOOK updation, but all the times He denies.
Now, I wish to approach Banking Ombudsman.
