Borail View Regency

It's a nice place to stay in Silchar, Assam. I stayed there for three days during the official visit. Their restaurants serve good quality food. The rooms were clean and tidy.

This is my first visit to Borail View Regency at Silchar near SBI Main Branch Silchar. As expected the ambience was absolutely beautiful. As per the service is concern, I am totally satisfied with the services. Let's come to the food, we have ordered Fish n Chips with Coffee. The fish used was good and have sweet texture, I asked, which fish you have used to make the fish fry? They told me it was Basha which is widely used as fish fry in our area. The coffee was average and honestly not satisfied with it as compared to Hastey Tasty and Jai Hind Cafe. We overall food experience was good especially fish fry.

The three problematic thing that I have observed are as follows:
1. The washroom was outside and totally detached from the restaurant and therefore there is a problem that waiters get confused whether the people in the table has left the table or just went to the washroom. In my experience I would like to use the washroom before finishing my coffee but when I returned they cleared the table. They might think that we have finished our meal. The problem occurs only because the washroom was not within the domain of resturent.

2. I have not find table for only two people so there is a chance that, one or two people can occupy the table of 4 or 6 or more at a given time. It is loss making table arrangement for the Resturant.

3. Because of point 2. The waiting for customer may increases sometime.

Overall the experience was nice and it is a best place for both couple and family. It is highly secured, services are in order, food is good and price is reasonable so a family treat is recommended at Borail View Regency....

More good then any so called resorts.. those great resorts which doesn't even give a extra towels to their customers..
But this Regency is amezing !! Moreover the food is just so fresh served and mind blowing 🤤🤤

Talking about food and service all were fantastic te staff wr wll trained wth good management,Food was too good n 😋 yummy it kind os taste like moutering.

The best of a kind of hotel u can find in silchar or assam.The Food there is really breathtaking and if looking for a place to click best photos then it is the right place. I really enjoyed it there. The management is also very good and disciplined. Loved it✨✨

You must visit to this hotel , one of the best hotel in the silchar, I had a lunch in their one of outlet call THE SPICE GAREN that day I was pure veg so and THE SPICE GARDEN was pure veg outlet I Wass so happy , they suggest me to try VILAITY SUBJI DESI MASALA and it was fabulous,, Excellent service by their staff,..

The interior of the BVR is great and neat & clean. Food is yummy specially the Brownie with Vanilla ice-cream is very delicious😋 we'll come again😍

I am a frequent traveller to silchar, i stayed in different hotels at silchar but once I been to Borail never tried any other or never revisited earlier hotels... Hotel rooms, ambience, service is top class... Specially the promt service for any issue of the GM Mr. joydeep Das is really very appreciating.... I love my stay everytime

The best hotel in the city call BORAIL VIEW REGENCY , good food you must try their BIRYANI it's lipsmaking,staff behaviour it's well maintained and yes you must to the spice route .

The interior is very good. The exterior and car parking area is also good. The rooms are neat and luxurious. The food at the restaurant is superb.

BVR is the new go-to place these days in silchar. Although Borail View is one of the oldest hotel cum bar-restro..with its new renovation comes newly added amenities like suite rooms, good studio rooms w/wo balconies, pool side party area etc. Open air lounge with variety of drinks and hookah are also available in the menu…great multicuisine menu to top it up. Highly recommended ‘a bit high on pockets though’.

Well appointed interiors. Nice dining experience. One small feedback: don't be surprised if patrons ask for tea or coffee at dinner. It is perfectly normal to have coffee or tea as a beverage at major meals, especially in some international cultures.

Food was verry yummy.. Specialy their continental food,, and great service by restaurant staff...

Nice interior design and humble staff behaviour. Till now good experience. Let see can they maintain it.

The best restaurant r8 now in Silchar, and the best news of today is that they made all of their cuisines available through swiggy. The staffs are very kind too.

It was totally occupied when we reached there, and the person concerned said to wait near the pool for some time but we were waiting for long still no one was there to entertain us.
We approached a waiter and arranged our table for the dinner we ordered and had a great time there dining with family.
We ordered biryani and rayta was complimentary with that but we didn't got any raita with it.
Overall experience was good but more focus is to be given to the customers who are new to this place as they will not visit the place again and again.

Really the finest stays and cuisines of Silchar is here. Specially the hotel serves all kinds of food and take care different tastes accross the country.

The place for stay is really wonderful and marvelous. I continously stay here for a month. Really enjoyed a lot in staying this hotel.

The hotel staff is cooperative and provide the food and house keeping service round the clock.

Special thanks to Manager of the hotel and Sneha mam for taking care through warm welcome and provide help beyond their limits.

Pleasant, peaceful & best stay in barak Valley..
