Hotel Ellora is one of the oldest hotel in Silchar. I am born and raised in Silchar so have never stayed here but my review is for the Mannaz restaurant and Abak Jalpan cafe. The cafe is lovely with old world charm and plethora of books. Mannaz restaurant makes one of the best good in Silchar and must try are their butter naan, panner butter masala and Kashmiri pulao.

Good place to host small and medium sized parties. They are well known for hosting marriage reception and birthday parties. They have nice ambience and the food quality is decent.

Very good hotel .I am lodging there every month (non stop/ no break since 1995.Rooms are moderatly big , clean.Over all Ellora is famous for hospitality of managers and all staffs. Homely atmosphere .
Over all which is most super that the malkin(owner) of the hotel is like a devi and very very careful to the boarder and all the staffs.I have seen much prosperity during my stay for long 23 yrs.
Still I hope and pray its more prosperity further. Thanx .

You can get nice food here and nice place.
And if you watch cricket you have to go around 5mins by foot you can see.
Market place also near. Even Train station also

Visited this place after 12 years but I was really surprised to get the same old taste and service...This was the first restaurant I had visited in my life...
If you're in Barak Valley Region of Assam, you should try this place out...Lots of Love and Respect to the Team...❤
