The owner is really polite though but not at all puctual in the delivery. I placed an order a day before for 1Kg Rasmalai cake and also clearly mentioned that I will be needing it before 8:30 p.m. of the next day. When I reached around 8:40 p.m. to pick up the cake, I was told that the cake will take another 30-40 mins to prepare.

That's not how it's done, I cannot delay cake cutting ceremony with all the guests present on time. So, then because of this poor service, I had to buy two half Kg cakes from somewhere else. I had to bear alot of embarrassment because of this. I am purely disappointed and never ever thinking of buying a cake from Preet Cakes and Bakes.
