My experience at NEXA, Karol Bagh Delhi was quite satisfying. Last month, we decided to buy Maruti Baleno and we visited the nearest showroom. Just after entering the showroom, one of their representatives greeted us and took us to the seating area. We had been explained every minute details about the variants, their benefits, and finance options. We booked a test drive and right after 2 working days, we got the chance to drive our selected variant. The best part was the showroom itself, it was plush and felt futuristic with all the A/V screens and the black and white colored theme of the setup.

This is my candid opinion about first on Mr Gaurav of DD Nexa, whom I met with my colleague for buying a car fitting my budget. His presentation for the model Belano Automatic made me to decide on the spot and rest is now a story.

He helped me in all ways during the difficult time (Lock Down), and managed to deliver on time.

To me DD Nexa staff are all very good, but the leader is Mr Gaurav for his skillful management. He deserve execellent in the whole episode.

I already own Maruti Swift Dzire but this time, I had to buy a car for my daughter as her birthday gift. So I went to NEXA in Karol Bagh, Delhi. My choice was Baleno Delta diesel. I had a long list of queries which I was concerned would not be answered. But, I must say that they have a very courteous and professional staff that understands customers’ needs, and politely answers to their queries. They explained everything and assisted me well through the time at the showroom. I appreciate the way they treat their customers, as that really enhances the car buying experience.
