The team was helpful and informative. Not difficult to reach just that the location mentioned over google maps is wrong.
Its near Janakpuri west metro station, somewhat opposite of BTW and unity one

I went there to get my samsung s 20 fe screen replaced. Service was very good and prompt it took one day to get the part they called me once the part was available. I went there, and they replaced my screen within 2 hrs successfully .Service center was not crowded, so my query was resolved quickly .It is situated in Pacific Mall and it generally looks like a samsung experience store but it is both a service center and an experience store.

Staff is very polite and gave one time solution

A busy service center however they are able to resolve most of the issues. Of course they are bound by samsung limitations but I have found this center quite useful. They provide a token as you go and have to wait for your turn. This center is busy so please plan your visit accordingly as it may take some time. There is parking issue so I suggest do not go by 4 wheeler, 2 wheeler can be parked outside. Metro station is just 100 meters away so better use metro if possible.

Best center I have seen ever

Supr fast service delivery. They have 8 counter for live support. It's very reachable location. Just walking distance from Janakpuri West metro Station. It's ok first floor. Parking space available under building.
Mobile and other devices service centre. Not of washing machine.
Nice staff, very courteous.
Large waiting area.
Digital process.
You need to carry your bill to avail benefits.

Properly managed queues if any. Both Technical and Functional staff was great to interact with in order to get assistance

First of all, I would like to address few Cons followed by Pros:
Cons:
1. This is centrally opposite Unity Mall, Janakpuri West and next to Sagar Ratna Hotel.
2. Dont put Google map location, you will land up @ Tilak Vihar Juggi

Pros:
1. One of the best Samsung Service Centre (Franchised Own Company Operated)
2. Mr. Rajesh Kumar is an excellent phone saviours. He is managed by his team who does excellent diagnostics and repairs
3. Dont get jinxed on the samsung original part pricing, because they ask what is fair to be done.
4. I have several water droplet crystal AMOLED display issues, but still my phone was working. The charging port had an issue, so I was well in-advanced told about the display issue and charging port issue
5. Partial damages are not covered, however, you if you have multiple damages get it diagnosed and then go for a perfect resolution.
6. In my case, I had charging port issue and i was ready to take risk for my damaged display (however my fone is still working with damaged display)

Inshort, check the service centre location and resolution is perfect

Staff is very polite and good

Very good and supportive staff and behave was very polite to me. Moreover, they wait for me and accept my request after their working hours when i went direct to my office to replace my M30S display. Satisfied 🙂

Very efficient and courteous staff

Needed a new S-Pen for my Galaxy Note 10+. I was attended to very quickly and the staff was courteous and handled all my queries. I gave them an advance for the pen and everything was tracked over messages and Samsung support on WhatsApp. I got all the relevant updates and even got a call from them once my part was arrived despite receiving an auto generated message from samsung. Over all a good experience.

So i visited here to get a new strap for my Samsung Gear Fit 2 fitness tracker and i must say the staff is very professional, they know their work very well. Although on my first visit I have to wait for half hour but its ok because there were alot of people waiting for their turn to come. They use token system to avoid any arguments/issue between customers and staff for their turn to come which in my point is good idea. Arranged my strap in less than committed time for which im very thankful to them. Parking facility is available but it suits more for people who are two wheeler for cars it can be a issue. Hope this helps.

Easy to reach via Janakpuri West metro. Centre is on first floor. You enter and take token from the counter at left side. Then wait for your turn. If you want fast service visit centre before 12 pm. The staff is nice spoken and polite. They give proper advice for your problem. Service can be costly as compared to local shops. But they are professionals so you can trust them. I had fast and good experience.

Long waits are quite normal as there are huge no. of customer visits,
Make sure that you reach here before 2pm bcuz here
they follow token system ,
,especially on Sundays this place gets heavily crowded plus they will need an hour or so to see ur phone ,repairing, replacement etc.
Usually it takes around 3-4 hours on Sundays &
2 hours during weekdays.

Good service...good staff

Very efficient service, very cooperative staff. The location is also very easily accessible as it is few meters from JanakPuri West (District Center) Metro Station.

Generally seen that service centre associate does not attend customers very well. This was not the case here.

Just couple of advise that do not forget to bring your purchase invoice if device within warranty and have any software issues.

Damages will not be covered in warranty.

If headphones issue reported, please do bring the mobile phone as well.

And most important, always back up your data before hand, no back up service available at the center.
