Applied for VISA, like with 10 Days still in Hand for TRAVEL.
After 7 Days, they said they want a personal Interview.

During Interview Mentioned that my Travel date is only 3 days Away.

Paid Rs. 4250 and on 10th Day, Am told, VISA won't Arrive on TIME.

Next, I Changed my travel plans, and flew to BOSNIA via SCHENGEN Country ( I was holder of SCHENGEN VISA).

After Completing the Trip, called the VISA OFFICE to refund the VISA FEES.

The reply : We have deposited the same in BANK, and so NO REFUND POSSIBLE.

Also, No Payment Receipt Given.

Talk of Encouraging Relations between INDIA and BOSNIA.... Is this how you are going to Achieve this?

Visa was rejected. No rejection letter given.
Apart from that, no receipt given for visa application fees.
Very inept staff. Language was a barrier.
