Official extortion channel from travellers.
They will try their best to reject or find any small error even official it is not an error just to tell you that you have to take another appointment which is not possible within a week and people due the urgency getting upgraded their appointment in lounge services by paying a hefty amount.
They are sitting there to cut customers pockets as much as they can.
I faced an issue which is not an issue actually, once you fill the online appointment form there is option for the first second and last name, once you will the form in the appointment second name will not be visible, here it comes vfs people extortion racket, they will say you have done a mistake during online form filling while it is not and they will charge you up to 15k to get the same day appointment.
These types of cases people are facing every day.

They deserve Zero stars, I just could not select the same. the visa office is located in one of the worst places to be in terms of building management and poor services. VFS Global (Tasheer) is located in Eros hotel premises of International Trade Tower and it is a nightmare for people visiting the office. Firstly, the people visiting the visa office are directed to use a gate which is far away from the office location, though there is a gate in front of the visa office. Secondly, people visiting the visa office are denied parking and asked to park outside, even after having ample parking space, citing the reason that Eros hotel has denied the same for Visa office. Thirdly, the building is an old structure and the staff is totally rude towards you, specially if you are visiting the visa office. I do not understand what impulsion the visa office has to operate from such place, when there are hundreds of other spacious places available. Pathetic experience.

In terms of the office experience, they are looters. For this I think everyone needs to send an email to Visit Saudi campaign and mention the different types of atrocities faced, the most common one being them forcing you to take Lounge access instead of normal waiting area, for which one has to pay 3000+ taxes per person.

Everything is linked. Even if you reach on time, the building management and visa security try and force you to be late, with unnecessary checks such that you miss your appointment time and they extort money from you for the lounge. To be safe, reach the location one hour before appointment time and carry all types IDs, passport, extra passport copies, latest photos, extra photocopy of every document.

VFS should remove the Lounge facility as the normal waiting area is also a plus. Lounge should be premium and not forced on anyone at all. I will be sending the report to KSA ministry regarding the fraud which is going on via VFS-Tasheer.

Also, VFS should move their office out of ERoS hotel (ITT) and should go to a place which is better in services and parking, along with a designated waiting area for people accompanying the visa applicants, as right now they do not even provide the entry in building premises for people accompanying the applicants. One of the worst experiences ever.

Pathetic service

One of the most pathetic service provider. the staff is rude, under-trained and does not respond to queries.
They don't even have a contact number updated for you to connect because they are sure of their pathetic service and do not want to engage with their customers leave alone providing any support.

Employees stand all over the place but nothing happens, there is no queue or order at reception. Whole process moves at pathetic pace

Worst visa application center I have ever visited, their staff specially those who stand downstairs deliberately find minor mistakes in your documents and ask for money and some are doing business from this, they take bribe to proceed further,strict action should be taken!!!!

Very poor service of dispatch, I went to collect myself after receiving message for collection, still they took hours to sort the visas /passport....and they take 77+ taxes for a photocopy

Worst staff. It seems that they don't cooperate since they want every one to go through agents. There is no customer care to confirm if passport has arrived. The tracking service on their website doesn't work properly. Insurance is imposed on the customer without asking if they already have an insurance or not. But there is no other option. Previous system of applying through multiple agents was much better.

One of the worst service provider if you are going take water and food they are not allowing anyone to enter except who apply for visa then they will just let you wait in que 3 hrs and they will find loopholes in documents even if you have correct and they will ask to go and take another photo so that they can have extra money from shopkeeper and for dispatch they are making fool never choose otherwise they will charge 1000 choose pick-up and must write feedback so that people are aware about froud
