What really blows my mind is the manners of the sales executives. Crocs's after sale service is a different level experience. Once I accidentally broke the strap of my pair after around 3 months of purchase. But they wholeheartedly replaced the same with brand new ones. The friendly behavior and guidance of the sales executives helped me a lot in the process.

I recently purchased Crocs from this store. Following the purchase I had an issue with the size of the product. I had lost the bill and other things and have also used it once. So I thought I won't be able to get an exchange. But the staff was gracious enough and helped me in the process. They exchanged the product.

A very preferable shop and even one and only showroom of Crocs in Calicut. This is situated inside Hi Lite Mall calicut.
