I had a wonderful shopping experience at Shoppers Shop. They have a very good collection of clothes, accessories, and shoes for all occasions and tastes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Adula who assisted me throughout the shopping. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and preferences. I also enjoyed the premium lounge for black card customers, where I could relax and enjoy some refreshments. I highly recommend Shoppers Shop to anyone looking for quality products and service.

I went to the shopper stop at hilite mall(Calicut) - MAC store to find my perfect shade of foundation. Thankfully I met Shreerag there. He is such a great professional who knows his job perfectly. He helped me with a swatch test and found the perfect colour match for my skin. I think Shreerag is an expert in his field and has great knowledge about the products and skin care. I went to buy a foundation but without a regret ended up buying a foundation, primer and concealer. I suggest everyone who is willing to buy MAC should meet Shreerag and take his expert advice. Wonderful team. The manager Lijo was very helpful when I needed close to 20 pieces of a product. He coordinated over a month for getting me the pieces and the staff was helpful every time I came to the office. Staff are really good at Service but I never received my bill on Sms as promised by their cashier. I bought Puma Shoes from there..

I bought a Mac lipstick from this store which is in Calicut highlight mall. there had a small mishap of interchanging the lipstick colour....but the store readily accepted it and return the product. By that we were able to take the desired color. The staffs in that section is also really good and very skilled. I love to sop there....really nice experience 😊😊😊
