The experience of purchasing was amazing as the staff there have thorough knowledge of all its products. Rates r less than even wholesale market i.e. less than Kotla. The owner is very soft spoken and the billing part is amazing. Within no time the bill is ready.

Mr.Puneet is one of the co-owners there. To begin with, the new generation owners follow good practices like customer services feedback, they have a positive approach in dealing with customers and I witnessed the same. I had purchased a new water pump, it turned out to be faulty upon installation, i approached the shop, Mr. Punit personally made endeavour to resolve it and provided me a replacement which otherwise I would have had to approach the water pump company. All I can say is that he understood my issue and urgency and made all efforts to resolve my problem. Such an approach matters a lot especially in the E-commerce era. They have a Goodwill and reputation and they will get loyal customers because of their honest practices. I wish them good luck
