Vrl office is more like an old fashioned dingy courier office but with a clean toilet.
The sleeper bus is comfortable and has a carrier on the seat for bags and also a back rest to sit which is an advantage compared to Canara Pinto. It also has a plug point to charge which is more beneficial than just a USB. The ac cools just fine. The only drawback is that the windows of the lower berth are too high up and completely obstruct the view. That is a major disadvantage for those wanting to look outside.

It is awesome. Wonderful experience. The good part about VRL is passenger can come and sit in the office and use washroom. Someone is always there to answer you.

vrl travels take care the passengers waiting hall available cab auto rickshaw people knows very well about this place and if u want to go to hotel only 5 minutes walk there is a good veg and non veg. bar and restaurant available this place located in main area family kids are safe especially suitable for good dining for children's kids family

Clean seats, blanket, bus. Maintained scheduled timing. The mid-route stop over could be little early and at a better hotel. For 9 to 5:30 trip, the stop was at 3:00AM.)
