Lovely temple in the midst of Chandni Chowk, Delhi. It’s a very old temple estimated to be around 800 plus old. Various deities are there and devotees can perform Abhishek for Lord Shiva themselves. The atmosphere is lovely and you get a good vibe from temple. They have a separate section outside where you can leave your shoes.

Must visit this temple if you are a Shiva devotee.

The arti time is 7.30 AM where local people use to gather around the temple and do the Shiva arti which is very amazing and powerful.

Good atmosphere in temple kapat of temple is closed by 1 pm. You must visit before 12pm to get blessings.very Good architecture

I was lucky enough to witness the Aarti, a Hindu ritual of worship, and it was a truly divine experience. The priests chanted mantras and performed the Aarti, while devotees offered their prayers and lit candles. Apart from its religious significance, the Gauri Shankar Mandir also holds a special place in history. It is said that the temple was visited by the famous Maratha warrior, Chhatrapati Shivaji, who sought the blessings of Lord Shiva before embarking on his military conquests. Very calming and soothing place.... An very one of the old temple in delhi, of gauri shankar mandir. Right between jain mandir and shish ganj gurudwara. There is a thing to remember now mandir get opens after 4pm in evening, else about morning I don't know.
