Coco’s KALAVARA

Its a good place to have a family brunch. Near to the medical college. They have really good ambience and the staffs are also very helpful. The food is also fine. A good restaurant with ample parking space which is difficult to find in town. Overall good.

Good food, great service.. a cozy place right on the bypass but neatly tucked away from the busy intersections.. a must try!

Cocos kalavara is the perfect place to meet up with friends for a quick but tasty lunch. I really love their fried rice and chilli chicken. My parents also loves it for its ambience, which is always pleasant and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and the service is flawless. I will not hesitate to recommend this place.

I'm upping the review to 5 stars - just because, the Director of the Hotel - himself took pain to assess the situation via CCTV and reach me for apologies and to notify me regarding the corrective measures taken. Such a vigil from the owners is absolutely necessary for the success of any venture. I wish all the very best.

PS: the food is of top quality and is priced perfectly to suit the ambiance provided.

Worst staff ever encountered. The level of service have gone down far below what it was a few months back. Their attitude is as if they are annoyed by the customers. I wonder if there is a proper staff and customer relations strategy/manager there to look into matters like these.

PS: a good ambience and food is of no use if you don't have good mannered staff / service personnel.

Just had good food at The COCO Bistro. We casually went to this restaurant and to our surprise the experience was very good. The place has nice ambience for family, and the Kozhikode cusine offered was very good. The staff were cordial and their behavior was very nice.

The staff who engaged with us, are very much interested to give the best service and thereby improve the business, which is great for any institution. Such attitude must be rewarded with support from customers.

I had a very positive experience at this restaurant. I hope that the same experience is extended to all customers who visit this restaurant.

Very nice ambiance and very good service. They served fresh food and my kids enjoyed Gobi Manjoori and Chicken Biriyani. Overall we had a nice dining experience, the place is ideal for family and highway travelers. This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant and always we had a great expertise from Cocos Kalavra.

The whole experience at the restaurant was so refreshing and new. The behavior of each staff was friendly and pleasant. The food was tasty and waiting period for the dishes were less. Restaurant has got ample parking space and is located on the bypass. Good hangout place for both families and friends.

Last Saturday I had lunch from Cocos Kalavara With my family. The ambiance is very good, the staff were so polite and offered good service. I liked the Chicken Biriyani and Kalavara's beef fry. the food was tasty and the place is so clean and neat :)

Review update on 28March :It is very unfortunate to see a good product,the best efforts of the owners and the good employees being destroyed by a couple of callous and apathetic employees.
I had to say that the management was really quick in addressing the issue of the unpleasant experience faced by my friend, a doctor,a couple of days back.
The good thing is that the issue has been resolved by the management ,who cares about the hard work done by other committed employees of this restaurant.
Really appreciate the urgency shown by them in resolving the matter .
Will be definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and colleagues as I know that they really care about the customers!!!
My friend, a doctor,had a very unpleasant experience in this restaurant.The restaurant employees started getting extremely rude with him for mentioning about their apathy because he had to wait for over fifteen minutes to be served.This is not good at all.I have already informed all my friends to avoid this outlet to avoid humiliation.

I didn't find any negative things to give a lesser star rating. Went there with family and friends for dinner and enjoyed the whole time with the charm of the ambiance and for the good service they provide. The food was tasty and the quality was superb. Nice courteous staff. Highly recommend for family and friends gathering.

Fine dining multi cuisine restaurant, very good ambience. Service was very good and was fast.located in bypass near nexa showroom easily accessible. Spacious car parking. We ordered soups, starters, gravies, pasta and rice all where good😋. I recommend this restaurant where you won't be disappointed.
