Baby memorial hospital always brings in good memories. Starting with the facilities, all modern technology and equipment are provided for a better treatment.
AnE here is ready to handle any kind of situation, with an army of doctors, nursea and support staff. I came in with my daughter for a heavy chest condition requiring hospitalisation. AnE staff promptly helped with a Paediatric bed, checked full parameters and in time for Pediatrician to hand over an inpatient order.
The rooms of varied choices were available at the admissions desk. The insurance process were handled smoothly with my agent doing his bit.
The nursing staff followed the doctors instructions to the dot and were extremely polite. They even assisted in changing of the rooms to fit my insurance mandate.
The doctors rounds were aplenty with senior, noting all the daily notes, updating the doctor incharge, before his rounds. Shift changes in nursing staff was always smooth. We stayed for 5 days during which a Senior CRE Ajith took care of all our needs and addressed our queries v v v promptly.
In the stay I also availed a full Medical check up. Athulya and her team were proficient and guided us through the labyrinth of tests and scans. This suited my stay. The report was studied by senior physician. The report was a favourable one hence relieved my fears about my health.
With the treatment coming to an end, the CRE guided me through the stages of the insurance claim and adviced clearly of the discharge procedures.
The billing, insurance and pharmacy experience were v satisfactory. All accommodate my request of a speedy and expeditious departure, keeping in mind my daughter staying alone in the room during this process. This was conforting, as rhe nursing and the rooms support staff were closely keeping a keen eye on my daughter all thru the stay.
The post discharge report helped in continuing the medication and recovery process.

We were treated like kings. After coming to hospital surgery was over in about 5 hours! Discharge in 1½ days. The right royal way Rinisha and Shiji treated us at insurance was just like dream come true. The sisters were so great and helpful. Everybody did it great

Suggestion- the process to be started bit early so that the scanning can be completed before 9 and break fast can be taken before 9 and will be comfortable for us.

Huge time taken for registration can be reduced by taking the info on previous day through Google sheet etc.

Good experience in BMH. Consulted Dr. Abdul Rauf (Paediatrician) for my son. Doctor was very supportive. Other staff( nurses and support staff) as also good. Canteen food to be improved. Pharmacy also prompt in service. Hospital is very crowded during peak hours(may be due to the good doctors available). Will recommend BMH to others for consultation in any department.

I had a great experience at BMH where I was given the utmost care during a crucial time in my life. I would like to mention in particular the Doctors Dr Sheila, Dr Anjali ,Dr Lakshmi and Dr Shamnad ; PRO Susha madam ; Nurses Donna , Alaka and Reshmi and the C block 4th floor staff. I'm also impressed by how BMH is keeping up with the times and to see how technology has made its system efficient and empowering the patient to access services.

Hi my name is Leo Godson. I went to Dubai soon after my college studies in 1984. For the past two years, I have been settled in Calicut after retiring from Dubai. My problem was that I had complete nasal blockage and cold at night. I suffered from this for many months, thinking that it was a common cold and would heal after some time, but it became unbearable after a while. Salil is my friend and schoolmate. We have known each other since our school days and he is a manager at BMH. I told him about my sickness and he recommended ENT specialist Dr. Anoop Chandran to me. I consulted this doctor and with just one appointment and treatment, I was completely cured of my blockage. I am very happy and much relieved. I just wanted to thank Dr. Anoop and Salil. BMH Team, I got the best treatment ever since I started my consultation over there. During my delivery time the whole Labor Room Team ( even cleaning staffs) where there for everything. Especially Dr.Usha Payyady and her whole team stood right with me for the time being and they have made such an effort to make sure that me and my baby was safe and comfortable.
