This hotel near Kakkanad offers great value for money with its comfortable rooms and good facilities. The room service is top-notch, and most rooms are clean and well-maintained, although some need AC replacements, which they are already working on. The complimentary breakfast could be better, but for employees going to Infopark, the location is perfect. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable stay at a competitive price.

Clean rooms with good AC facility. Morning complementary breakfast is also good. Only bad thing is that they serve the breakfast in their bar which has very dull lighting.

Wonderful place..Staff were polite and very much concerned with the well being of guests..Got a Free Upgrade to Suite Room due to AC malfunction..Did not charge a penny extra..Their Rocks and Brews Pub also was too good..Much appreciated..5/5

awesome experience, make sure that last order is in 10.30. rooms are clean and wash rooms are perfect. Food served was delicious and over all good experience and enough parking spaces.

We booked a room here. Surprisingly, the room was really good. As it is a bar, we never expected good rooms and but my assumptions was totally wrong. Also we visited Rocks & Brews. This is almost like a pub. Only thing is they are not brewing anything there now. The crowd is mainly Infopark professionals. Ladies are also welcomed. The ambience is really good if you are fine with Loud music &DJ. They also have local bar downstairs with a menu & price including lower price. They do have good parking space. The hospitality is also awsome.

The service is very good.
You can get all manner of drinks: beer, wine, liquor and a good variety of cocktails.
The food is limited to snacks mostly, but all of the items I tried were very good.

Moving with the latest trends this is a pretty good bar and grill. The ambience is pleasing and the bar is well equipped. It is strategically located at Kakkanad, with ample car parking. A nice place to unwind, provided you have an ear for loud music.. Personally I love the music.

Excellent service,good rooms though the rooms are not ventilated still very calm to stay.
I requested receptionist regarding another room he was so kind and helpful too.
Loved to stay back again if we will visit Kerala.

Neat and quite environment, very good maintenance and friendly staffs. Quick service by phone from every room. Even bathrooms are attached with phones. Corridors are also air-conditioned. Hot water available all the times. Parking also large and safe place. Good to stay with family and friends too. Away from traffic.

We had our association's annual general body meeting in a banquet hall at Royal Residency. The banquet team at Royal Residency managed the event in the most professional way. The hall, service, snacks, drinks, parking area, staff, hotel ambiance....you name it....everything was perfect! Would like to thank Mr.Santosh and the other staff members at Royal Residency who made it possible for us to have a comfortable and memorable meeting.

One of the best accommodations near Kakkanad, Kochi. Buffet Breakfast available, Good service and will visit again.

We had a memorable stay their, also had our alumni of BHM batch of 93-96 batch. It was a wonderful experience..thanks to management and staffs.. over all a good hotel with good food and service.

I was stay there in two times for my official visit to cochin. The staff service is good and room cleaning service also good. Especially the morning complementary food is very good. I will suggest to my colleague if they visit cochin..:)

Ambience is amazing. The deck area is so blissful. The vibe here absolutely perfect. Calm but engaging.

Its a renovated hotel.I think new management people.my work visit at kakkanad,got a chance to visit here.very good hotel and prices are very normal and restaurant is very luxurious type.but quite normal price.And their GM Mr.Arun Sivaraj,very good professional guy to meet their.we will come back .........thank you guys......
