Nice engineering college with big campus and better than supaul engineering college... We are enjoying here.... Well maintained college and hygiene washroom. Library, cantin is also available. The only con is hostel is not available right now. We will get hostel in next year.

Sitamarhi Institute of Technology (SIT), Sitamarhi is a new institution of eastern India for technical education. It is under administrative control of department of science and technology and wholly funded by Govt. of Bihar.

My experience at SIT has taught me one fundamental thing – life is unpredictable. It might be good, it might be bad, it might be weird, and it might not interest you, but expect anything to happen. For example, you might have a wonderful job this moment, and be fired the very next moment. College life prepares you for all of this. It is a perfect blend of joy and hardships. You meet different people, you interact with them, you learn about their cultures and grow as a person. You will understand how to talk to different people, how to judge their behavior, thus helping you with important life skills.

You learn to sit through a boring lecture; you try to cope up with the surprisingly strenuous syllabus, and you have the opportunity to learn from some great research minds. Academia, as they say, never lets you go free. People might try to motivate you by telling that you need to study only through your school years and chill during the college life, but that isn’t true.

Its environment is very peaceful, So students can studies here very well. this college give placement too good.
More than 30 students(2k16 batch) of this college got placement in government/private sectors.

Campus of SIT at Sitamarhi is under construction. Currently class is going on in B K P at Pupri. It will be best college in Bihar in future.
