Best Used car dealer at Vasant Kunj. their service is very good. delivered vehicle as a brand new. The process was smooth and professional. I booked the vehicle and in one day I got the vehicle by servicing, removed the dent, polished the vehicle outside, dry cleaned the mat and cleaned the interior without any extra cost.

Great place, if one is looking for used cars in South Delhi. The owner Mr. Ravi is a thorough gentleman. His support staff are also very good and professional. The vehicles are not parked on road-side like many other dealers in Delhi. They have dedicated parking space for around 15 cars. The prices and major specs are displayed on each vehicle. They are doing great work.

I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by their customer service and integrity top down. The proprietor is personally involved and is passionate about automotive technology and passes on his enthusiasm to his team members and the customer. They are knowledgeable, empathetic, quick, and passionate about their job.

What more could I request for as a customer! Their service is better than the service I have experienced from agencies in other countries.

It has now been 1 year since we bought our used 2011 Hyundai i10 from Fidomotus. This is our first car and we had a good buying experience. After a year with the car, I am happy to report that it has turned out to be as promised. Had no major problems with the car so far. We had to go for minor servicing thrice over the past year (minor traffic damages, cleaning etc.) and each time the car was picked up from and dropped-off to our place at no additional cost. Sumit has held true to his 1-year warranty and we are satisfied with his professional conduct and service. In fact, in the early days after the purchase, Sumit even went out of his way to take a few driving classes which immensely helped newbie drivers like us. We will continue to send our car for servicing to them in the furture. We strongly recommend Sumit and Fidomotus for a fuss-free car-buying and ownership experience.
