We were a group of 18 friends and work colleagues from 7 different Latin-American countries. Shikhar Travels was recommended by some friends. Ever since we got in communication with them, they were wonderful, we were able to pay on line from so many different countries, we were able to organize the hotel and rooming according to our wants.
They were absolutely the best decision we made to visit Agra and the Taj Mahal. Going on a guided tour usually is stressful since you have to stick to a schedule and plan, but this was not the case. They were very accommodating to our schedules , our needs and likes. We managed to visit the 3 monuments in one day totally stress free!
They suggested we visited the Taj before sunrise, and it was ideal: nice weather, less people. They even suggested to bring bright color for best pictures, good tip!
Would definitely recommend everyone going to India to contact them!

It was our first visit in India. Shikhar travels organized our trip “golden triangle” perfectly. It was a good choice of places of interest and a choice of qualified guides and hotels. But more than that we enjoyed our trip with our driver Sanjeev - he did not only drive us perfectly from one place to the other, warmhearted as he is he explained us newcomers in a completely different culture so many things which allowed us to travel through India safe and openminded. I must not forget to mention that the planned time schedule had always been hold.

Starting with Mr. Amit varma Our Trek guide for answering all our queries and arranging the transportation and proper facilities from Dehradun to Sankri. We have achieved Our 100% success all through the Trek only because of Mr. Amit Varma he lead the group very professionally and we were instructed about all the activities in detail.

Next a big thanks to our Team leader Mr. Kushal for taking such good care of our group.
Also thank to the cooks who provided such delicious food on all days.
The tents and equipment’s were first class.

Coming to the trek the long walks on snow and reaching the summit before sunrise was too good. The sunrise view from summit makes you forget everything else. A must do winter trek.

We contacted Shikhar Travels agency to trek in Ladakh region and climb Kang Yatse II. The agency fully met our expectations, the food was very good and plentiful, the Sherpas and the Indian guide were very friendly and fun. The agency was always precise and punctual.
We recommend Shikhar Travels agency if you want to visit India or climb Indian mountains. If next years we return to India we will definitely contact Shikhar Travels.

Shikhar Travels made our first trip to India an incredible experience. Our guide, Amit always made sure we were happy and couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to just enjoy the time that we had in India and didn’t need to worry about anything. We had the opportunity to see so much of the history and culture or Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I can’t believe how much we fit into the 10 days. All of the tour guides Shikhar arranged for us at the different attractions were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. on an exausting expedition you are happy to have reliable partners. They really want you to summit, they check the wheather multiple times and the stuff is friendly and easy going. With Shikhar I made the experiance that things can be really uncomplicated. For example I was one day early in my Hotel an Shikhar took the bil (50€) and than I stayed longer in Leh and Shikhar was also uncomplicated here. Even the taxi at 4am for the airport was on point. Nothing to complain, Mt. Nun Summit check!

Shikar Travels arranged our trek up Dayara Bugyal within half a day. Everything went smoothly, just as planned. The guide spoke English and was very experienced, as well as being a very nice person. We had a wonderful time and can't thank Shikar Travels enough!

Brilliant time shown around the golden triangle of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur with all the monuments in between. Our main tour guide, Amit, for the whole ten day trip was most helpful and delivered a fantastic service. Our local tour guides for each location were knowledgeable and easy to get along with. We will have fond memories of the trip and will no doubt use Shikhar Travels in the future for any other expeditions to India. We might go to the Himalayas next!

My self and my friends of 14 member team had a awesome treking experience to Kedharkanta from 11th Feb to 16th Feb.The trek was organised meethu with all professionalism. Ik t was a different experience in sleeping in tents with sleeping bags no electricity no internet mo calls.just embrace the nature .I specifically thanu our guide and caretaker for the trip from. Last, almost 4 weeks, I've spent travelling with Shikhar Travels in Ladakh and Kashmir. Mountaineering trip in Indian Himalayas. First we started from the trekking: Mt. Stok Kangri 6153, and then moved to reach our final goal: Mt. Nun 7135
Amazing time with the best service I could imagine. Owing to our team, careful aclimatization and good weather of course, we were lucky to climb both of mentioned summits. Every moment we could count on support from Shikhar and their responsible people. And last but not least: delicious food prepared by unbelievable cook.
That was my first experience with Shikhar Travels, but I do hope to come back and repeat in future :)
