I am a fashion stylist. I went to pressto to get designers clothes dry cleaned. I opted for express delivery which costed me 6800rs. I went there after few hours to collect them. While i was standing there one of the employee called me and showed me the dress got spoiled and he doesnt know how. I started crying i disnt know how to react. The dress was worth 68000rs. It was not mine it belonged to designer. They told me they can rectify or they can give me 11k. I went to the designer she told me to pay for the dress ( she was right on her part). When i told the same to the pressto team they said they can only give 20k or peessto vouchers. Waow how can they think i will ever again in my life use their services or would ever suggest anyone to go to them. Going yo pressto got me down 75000rs. I told them if the dress was mine i could have adjusted. Zero customer satisfaction. Their mistake and i have to pay 68000rs now. Unchi dukaan pheeke pakwaan rather kadwe. I would recomment you not to go to pressto if you dont want to land up in a situation like me. Rather go for local dry cleaners.

Worst drycleaners ever.... Worst ever experience. It’s better to wash clothes at home.. 1 star is also too mich for them. Not worth
